From contacting Sophie right at the beginning, everything was fully explained. There was a little mix up with the date we chose but Sophie sorted it all out and we were able to sort another date out swiftly with no hassle.
The team of 3 came promptly at the time we were told and cracked on straight away. They were all so nice, polite and friendly and explained the process all the way through.
From start to finish, we were impressed and we absolutely LOVE IT! Keith explained and showed us how the fire worked, how often we needed it sweeping and all the warranty etc.
I would highly recommend!

Gareth took down our chimney, destroyed our roof causing multiple leaks, drilled a hole through the roof that means we can see daylight through the upstairs hallway, his roofer fell off the roof because there was no scaffolding or safety measures in place. Didn't finish installing the fire correctly. Refused to take rubble, even though he had agreed to this previously. Drove off at high speed when questioned about how he will put things right and we haven't heard from him since. We've contacted him and his business partner to ask for his insurance details as these repairs will cost thousands, but so far Gareth has refused to take our calls and has avoided all contact. Highly disappointed as he had been recommended by family as a good chimney sweep and he seemed to know his stuff - he's not registered with the chimney sweep association, is not HETAS registered so should not be installing for anyone and he clearly doesn't have business insurance, as otherwise he would have given us his details. He knew that we have a 2 year old child and that I am 8 months pregnant and he still left our house in a horrendous state.

I cannot recommend this business enough. I placed an order a few weeks ago and needed to cancel - got immediate refund. I re-ordered late last week and the heat shield was delivered today promptly and for the most competitive price on-line!!...I will use this business again...delighted customer!!...:))

Gareth turned up in time and was a good clean worker I would definitely recommend this firm. I’m in love with my log burner that he supplied 🫶🏻😍

Excellent service from start to finish. Gareth answered any and all questions throughout, providing sound advice, and a great installation experience on the day. I’d thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to have a log burning stove installed within their home.

Had a stove installed by Gareth today, high quality work and efficient, with nothing to much trouble and great knowledge and experience to be able to guide us on what stove to have best fitted for the room.

Buy with confidence.
After a lot of research we decided to go with this company. Gareth and his team conducted themselves in a extremely professional manner, the fitting was done to the highest of standards and we are extremely delighted with the outcome, the job was completed with minimum disruption and we couldn’t thank them enough for their professionalism and the respect they showed for our home. would highly recommend them.

Very happy with my new Woodford stove, great to deal with!

I purchased a stove last year from this company and wanted to leave a review for others. I very rarely leave reviews but was outstanded by the service received. I can honestly say out of all I called these were the most knowledgeable and helpful. Gave some solid advice which was backed up with research I’d already done. Thanks will use again.
