I still haven't received my order
I still haven't received my order. Had to phone Ecoblaze to find out when I could expect delivery. It hasn't been sent so a further order was raised. Awaiting it's delivery.

Ecoblaze Wood Wool Firelighters
We have used these for a long time now and wouldn't use anything else. You only need one or two to get your fire started and they're brilliant.
Delivery was very quick as well.

Box of 200 lighters delivered in a couple of days. Two lighters very effective, odourless excellent size kept with kindling.

It does exactly what it says on the tin
Delivery was prompt and the product did a superb job of renovating my stove which had some rust after a chimney leak. A light sand and three applications and it is as good as new. The cream is easy to apply and there is no danger of damage to surrounding areas or runs as with a spray. I highly recommend it.

Good product and nice sized as we have…
Good product and nice sized as we have had some previously from other companies which were rather small and therefore we ended up having to use 2 at a time.
Quick delivery although not 1-2 days as Evri is used which is very hit and miss in our area. Not the fault of Ecoblaze..

I was however disappointed to see my latest order being shipped with the worlds worse courier (Evri).
I know delivery is free and that’s great but I’d rather pay for delivery and have it delivered by a decent courier.
Probably won’t order again.

Great product Poor service
Using Evri in The Borders means we are highly unlikely to receive our orders the next day as promised. If at all often.
When the boxes were late I tried to contact you but your email bounced back and your phone lines were constantly engaged
