The scooter are great but the customer service is beyond exceptional. Any issue that came up over purchasing over 3 of their scooters were handled immediately.

We bought a scooter from them, and it died while at Epcot with less than 15 miles on it. They wouldn't provide a full refund for a defective product. If I could leave a zero star, I would

I purchased my scooter August 2025, I am a busy college student who is now in my final semester of school. My scooter starts making a load knocking noise. Then we notice one wheel is not turning in the back while the other is trying to go forward. It’s stalling so bad. I’m leaving my class and attempt to go up ramp and it literally stalls and speeds down ramp throwing my to ground. It has not been 5 months since I purchased it. The quote were so high to fix it so I ask them to send a replacement. I can’t get to my classes and missing school Iam supposed to graduate in May. They send me a resolution of sending me a motor and $200. I live in California who will fix it for $200? I feel like they prey on us disabled people. There is no way you can tell me that these scooters are made to last only 5 months. I’ve overcome so much to work towards my degree for it to become undone by a 5 month old mobility scooter whose motor went out. I have limited mobile so there is no way I can walk to my classes on campus. I can’t believe the lack of compassion, lack of responsibility, and lack of empathy for selling products like this to people. It was supposed to get me across the commencement stage now I’m trapped home in bed and missing classes, still waiting on a resolution.

I recently purchased an Ecomobi MS02-F and a battery, and I am very impressed with both the build quality and the company's integrity. I am a leaving this 5 star review pertaining to their customer service. They have been very responsive to any correspondence. The scooter looks very impressive. Sadly the person it was purchased is no longer able to use it. remember to keep it on turtle until you get used to it. Very quick pick up. Delivery was ahead of schedule. While the other items came in the following days the lack did not interfere with the scooter operation.

My parents lost the key to there scooter. ECOM replied quickly to my email and stated they would send one out. Great customer service.

Also, I offered to purchase the key and they said not to worry about it.

Every time fedex messed up our ecomobiclub.com shipping, Elsa made an extraordinary effort to put the shipment back on track. The other things left are the scooter covers, two mirrors, and a pouch for the front of the red scooter

I like my MS 02 scooter very much. I use it often. I recommend Ecomobi when you are ready for a scooter.

I bought this scooter (MS02PRO) after I did my extensive research on which would be the best choice for me. I am thrilled with my purchase as this model is very comfortable, very easy to get in and out of my vehicle, has the perfect amount of pep, good space for my feet plus it’s great looking. People always stop me to ask me where I got it and how I like it! I’m overjoyed by my new ride!
