We purchased the ECOROAD Electric Scooter Adults ES4/ES6, 800/1000W Motor & 25/31MPH Portable E-Scooter, 35/37+ Miles Range, 8.5/10" Off-Road Pneumatic Tires, Dual Suspension & Brakes System, RGB Lights & APP Control.

Not only did this scooter really have a lot of power, it is comfortable and cool to ride for our son. Lots of fun for my son and gets him outside more. He loves the lights and it looks real cool at night. The customer service was even better. They answered all my questions quickly. We recommend this company and scooter.

I had an overall amazing experience…

I had an overall amazing experience shopping with this company from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Everything from placing the order to receiving updates and communication along the way was handled very professionally. It’s clear they care about their customers and want to make sure everything goes right.

What really stood out the most to me was the customer service. It was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced. They responded very quickly every single time I reached out, and I never felt like I was being ignored or left waiting for answers. Anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, they got back to me right away and worked with me to fix it. They didn’t just give basic responses either—they actually took the time to understand the problem and made sure it was fully resolved.

I had a few concerns along the way, and every single one of them was handled quickly and professionally. They made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, which really made a big difference. It’s not common to find a company that is this consistent and reliable with their support, and it definitely stood out to me.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. The level of communication, the speed of their responses, and how they handled everything really impressed me. Really happy with my Ecoroad ES6

Really happy with my Ecoroad ES6 e-scooter. It’s been fun to ride, feels solid, and works great for getting around. Ecoroad’s customer service was also excellent — responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. Overall a great experience and I’d definitely recommend both the scooter and the company.

We had an issue with our scooter motor.

We had an issue with one of our scooters... Ecoroad had amazing customer support. Fast replies, amazing help, and unreal customer support. They sent us a new motor with instalation video attached. Definitely recommend this team and their products.

My Great Experience

I’ve been using the Ecoroad EC8 for a while now and honestly it’s been amazing. The ride is really smooth and the scooter feels very solid and well built. The battery lasts long enough for my daily rides and the acceleration is quick but still feels safe and controlled. It’s also pretty comfortable even on longer rides. For the price, I think the EC8 gives great value and performs better than I expected. Definitely recommend it if you want a reliable electric scooter.

Customer service is very responsible and cares about their customers needs although it has some ups and downs they are still very good and nice and helpful and take things very seriously

Please save your money

I bought this scooter and used it maybe five times before I realize the back tire was not holding air. I put air in it. I sprayed it with soapy water. I took it apart to the best of my ability with no diagrams and no videos available online. I unfortunately was not able to solve the problem so I reached out to their customer service which has been an absolute nightmare. I’m guessing they don’t speak English and use some kind of software to help navigate customer service issues because the responses have been robot like. They sent me a new wheel. I asked for a picture of the secure packaging and they ignored me and when I received it, there was a hole in the box and the wheel is bent. They continue to ignore most of what I say. They told me to take it to a local repair shop and they would reimburse me for the cost of the repair. I asked them for a list of shops in my area and they continue to ignore me to say I am frustrated is a complete understatement. I asked for a refund and they asked if I had the original packaging which I do not. I’m also not paying for shipping to send it back. I have wasted so much time going back-and-forth with customer service and have gotten absolutely nowhere. I urge you to save your money and do not purchase anything from this company.
