Turned up right on 8am
Checked out bits went to get some sealant gor hole under window ledge. That all yhe other council men had not seen. It was big. But all sorted. Then he painted my wall kept everything tidy. Very polite. Even offered to help put my furniture back,but my friends were coming back to do that for me as I could not help him.

Awful. This company basically survives from contracts via social housing, local authority funding and landlord checks- all of which give people on receiving end of their shoddy services so comeback, warranty etc. Poor customer care. Works not completed but charged for. Staff do not respond or state works required are extreme - for example in my most recent issue - “you need to rip your floors up”! Two particular “admin” staff have been awful. High turnover of engineers who also advised me only to use Ecosafe and encouraged me to leave rave reviews about Ecosafe as a small, reliable family business - untrue - he was fired apparently. Next engine left as company don’t look after staff then next engineer said floors need ripped up then when I continued to query he actually looked and told me valve needed replaced! Have many emails to confirm. Tried to revolve with them initially. I am disabled and so far have been without heat and hot water around 1 month! I am contacting local housing providers and WHICH to report so please beware! Awful, awful company……

Unprofessional, unreliable and discourteous
I contacted the Ecosafe Group about a retrofit/extension project I was planning and received an immediate response with a later booked phone call with the Senior Operations Manager. On that call she suggested Ecosafe undertake a first piece of work to get the project going. I emailed the same day to accept and to arrange for the work to be carried out. I never received any acknowledgement or response. I chased this up with a further email but still nothing. Very disappointed with this unprofessional, unreliable and discourteous approach.

Had this company carry out some plastering and painting, who were recommended by the council , they were excellent in every way, time keeping great, the work they did was 1st rate, and the chap called Deivioas (David) was very nice did a great job he went above and beyond thank you. would definitely recommend.

Excellent professional and honest service. The appointment was kept on time and I was updated if any further information was needed. The chap was courteous, professional, polite and helpful. I was told what was done, what needed doing and everything explained. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and extremely efficient
The two men who came to our home on this day to treat the mould were extremely friendly, polite as well as efficient. The younger man also admired some of my art.

Hi, I am so happy with the work done on my property, it was done professionally and without incident. The work was completed by Pete W, I cannot fault his work in any way he was polite and made me feel at ease and as an elderly woman that is so important, I would also like to thank Robbie C who joined Pete later in the week when Pete felt unwell and the two fellas made a great team and finished the job on time. Amazing support
Ecosafe have been supporting us with the very complex fire compartmentalisation in our loft space. We are a care provider so having this sort of work is a huge challenge to us, Ecosafe and in particular Andy have bent over backwards to ensure that the vital safety work has been carried out with minimal impact to the vulnerable people we support. At every stage we have been kept in the loop and made aware of changes or problems found with instant solutions to them.
