DISHONEST COMPANY
AVOID! DISHONEST BROKER!
Apparently Ecosavepay thinks the following review is defamatory!
BUT,
After investigating, Trustpilot found it wasn't and is actually factually correct and not defamatory at all.
Please read on...............................
I was given FALSE ADVICE by Ecosavepay.
I had already signed a contract to change energy supplier with another broker in August2025 for a contract to commence in October 2026
2 months later, Ecosavepay contacted me and advised I was within my rights to sign a contract with themselves.
They advised as long as I stayed with my current energy supplier, I would not incur fees for breach of my initial contract.
This was FALSE and MISLEADING advice.
I am now being pursued for breach of contract, lack of commission and no go live fees from the original broker.
I have been ringing Ecosavepay for the past 6 weeks to sort this out and have been promised call backs from Ellie, Ruby, Meghan and Katie.....I'm still waiting!!
As requested, I have sent all proof of contracts signed, and emails from the previous broker advising of charges, but again have not received any response.
SHOCKING COMPANY.
