My package was damaged & I tried getting a hold of customer service for 3 days now. I even emailed them 3 times. Once each day with NO..response. They say customer service available 24/7 & I'm not able to get any type of help. Terrible customer service!!

Easy to place an order. very straightforward.

Website ordering was somewhat confusing.
Order page would not load. Finally provided with link from customer service representative.

I'm still waiting for 4 bottles to be delivered. I ordered the beginning of October 2025. Very disappointed. I need those bottles immediately

I ordered the product and it stated it will come by 8th of September 2025, this is 9th September close to midnight and not a single clue on where my product is. No response from the company since I communicated, nothing . Credibility out of the way. Very bad

They produce an Excellent Product (EcoVenger). They are helpful with Bedbug issues.

excellent, killing it. but shipping is so expensive for Canada. more expensive than the product. Make a better way to purchase in Canada.

This trap does not work at all,I will be sending it back for a refund, the mice come and go as they please. There is only a manual lock to keep them inside, very poor design, don't waste your money, for half the price I bought a live trap from tractor supply, already caught 3 mice. I would give this a neg 5 rating.

It actually works! I sprayed the baseboards and bed frame, and we've been bug-free for 2 weeks. It does stain dark wood a little bit, though.

Customer service is great. I spoke with a representative before ordering and he was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I love this stuff, it was amazing been fighting bed bugs for a few weeks now and would only find a few here or there when I thought they were gone there would be another. I got your product and sprayed everywhere and no more bugs. I have had extreme anxiety over this situation and your product let's me sleep in peace.
