don't buy the auto coverage plan they provide.
I bought their wind shield coverage plan 2 years ago. recently they denied my claim to replace my wind shield.
They do have fine print in agreement saying claim must be done in 15 days. this rule doesn't make any sense. one year ago I got a small crack which didn't bother me, so I didn't make claim. saving money for them in fact. This year in march, I got 3 new cracks which are very noticeable. then i decide to change the wind shield. they denied my claim because the first crack is old.
it's not like if we fix the first crack then other 3 new cracks won't happen. they are not at the same area.
plus, if their intention is fixing the window asap so it will prevent the future damage. how can they explain when I submit claim this year, it took them over a month to process?
Clearly they just find any excuse to deny claims.

I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased 2 warranties for my Toyota Highlander from a dealership who uses ECP. I had my seats cleaned and sealed 4 years ago, then I decided to have them cleaned again, but instead of cleaning them, they "dyed" them. Within months my seats started to peel. They are telling me it's impossible for their product to peel. It may not be the product itself, but the process in which it was applied. Regardless, they are telling me peeling isn't covered in my warranty and that the peeling is the leather, not the product. So, basically, they damaged my seats, are telling me it's impossible to peel, and yet it is. Avoid this company.
In doing research on why leather seats peel I found this: The use of harsh cleaning chemicals or products and improper care and maintenance.
This is exactly why my seats are peeling--the chemical process they used to dye them. They caused the damage and refuse to repair it.
