Eden Hot Tubs Avis 

I decided to upgrade from a lazy spa and I did some investigation and as only two of us using 3-4 times a week for short periods I knew a plug and play small tub with a lounger was what I wanted. I contacted a few suppliers one of which was adamant I had to have a 32 amp one but Dan just understood, didn’t try to upsell and just wanted to give me the best service. We booked an appointment as we traveled from Plymouth and he opened just for us. Took us through the various options and explained clearly pros and cons. We decided on the
Sun beach romance and arranged delivery for two weeks time. On delivery day they called ahead, turned up on time and professionally moved the tub into place and went through all the controls then set up the filteration sequence. Now had for a few weeks and everything works great and I couldn’t be happier with service from start to finish. I’ve compared my electric use to this time last year when I had a lazy spa and over a week pretty much the same usage so buying one with good insulation certainly makes a difference.

Went to Eden hot tubs and were really pleased that they talked us through all the different options and features of the tubs we were interested in. Installed and commissioned very professionally and first service completed last month. Very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

He was very patient as he talked me through the options for a service and also how his team could guide me, a hot tub novice, on how to get the best out of the tub. From first contact to installation all process was made so easy. Dan checked access measurements to avoid any potential problems. Guys delivered hot tub on time. Installed and explained all instructions very clearly and answered any questions asked. All in all fab company to do business with.

I’d searched for a long time to find the right HOT TUB . I didn’t really understand them, and there’s so many I really didn’t want to mess up such a expensive purchase. But thankfully I found Eden. They are so knowledgable and they weren’t satisfied until I was satisfied it was the right tub for my needs. There after care is second to none . Always available on the phone even out of hours so a novice like myself could alway rest assured there was no problems. I use there yearly service it’s worth every penny. The running costs are no we’re near as bad a id thought either quite a surprise. So go grab your tub and rest assured these are the right guys to buy from .

I recently purchased the happiness hot tub from Eden Hot Tubs in Cornwall and the service I got was outstanding from our 1st enquiry to the installation nothing was to much trouble expecially when they explained the process for keeping the tub clean

We firstly made contact with Dan at Eden Hot Tubs via Messenger, where he replied promptly and informatively. We then visited Eden Hot Tubs a week later where we were greeted by Nick. Nick was very helpful and also very informative and did not pressurise us in anyway. After visiting several other Hot Tub businesses in Cornwall we felt most comfortable with Eden Hot Tubs and therefore purchased our Bliss hot tub with them. This hot tub is incredible value for money, it was delivered on the date advised and the delivery team were very efficient with the whole process. We asked for additional insulation and WiFi control, which was all fitted with ease. After viewing hot tubs on line took the opportunity to visit the show room whilst staying in the area. Staff could not have been more helpful and invited us back to try out some tubs the following day. No pressure to buy but after further research we placed an order as Eden offered a good quality hot tub at a competitive price. Due to our situation they were more than happy to wait several months for us to take delivery. They maintained contact throughout and on the day of delivery, the team were excellent. The site for the tub was at the rear of the garden and required them to negotiate some challenges to get the tub in position.
We are delighted with the hot tub and the excellent service from the team at Eden.

Fantastic service provided by Dan and the team. Great ingenuity in hoisting the hot tub over a 3 metre high wall via a restricted access lane. The installation was completed quickly and to a high standard. On-going support and advice has been invaluable.
