Brilliant from start to finish! Website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I had a bit of trouble receiving my order due to the Royal Mail strikes but with an email to customers services is was felt with swiftly and professional, probably the best customer services I’ve received, ever! Products are good quality too!

I think my personal data has been sold to a third party. I keep receiving spam text messages despite trying to block them. Buyers beware.

Really easy to navigate webstore with plenty of clear information to help with my purchase. I placed an order during the postal strike so there was a delay in the delivery but the team at Edens Gate responded promptly to my emails and were very helpful in their communication.
The packaging was good and the actual product was in a sealed air-tight pocket. Unbelievable quality product- completely blew me away with the smell, texture and taste. Can’t wait to try more!

Edens Gate, what an absolutely brilliant company!
I have recently tried a few online companies to purchase CBD hash to help me manage pain from an old injury and nobody has even come close to Edens Gate!
Their range of products is fantastic and the quality of their CBD hash is unlike anything else I have been able to find so far, it is incredible! I have been using their Biscotti hash, it has an amazing flavour and really helps a lot with pain and relaxation. Their delivery is great too and my orders usually arrive very quickly.
I recently had a small issue with one of my orders and their customer service was brilliant, many thanks Lisa.

First time using this company, placed my order last Wednesday, it is now nearly a week later (6 days) and my order still hasn't shipped, no response to email...nothing. £30 down the drain

I have bought from this company 4 or 5 times and had great quality product from them.. when I had a problem with a shipment they sorted it out very quickly, most impressed with the quality of products and professional service.

I have used Edens Gate CBD a few times now and have found them to be very easy to order from. Delivery is always prompt, and I am very happy with the service.
I tried Vanilla Kush and find it to be very calming, which is wonderful for anxiety, and it sends me off to sleep. I would highly recommend

Overall very happy with the service and products after 16 months! they have messed up 3 times but they corrected it every single time in a timely manner without fail! If there ever is a problem with an order/delivery from this company, my advice would be to be patient and polite in any communications.

Every customer should know what they are ordering when they order CBD, it's not real cannabis but the next best thing that can be sold legally!

Found Eden's gate after trying a few other suppliers and I have come back time and time again.
If you are reading this and unsure about purchasing then please rest assured they are professional in all aspects, quality products and excellent customer service.
Personally speaking I needed a supplier I could trust would not only deliver on time and every time, but also deliver a genuine product.
I have tried others and there are other great sites but please give them a go as I doubt you will be displeased.
Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with.

Quick and secure packaging. Product was really good, my first time trying CBD flower in comparison to the non-CBD version. I had vanilla kush which was extremely tasty and calming.
