Edge Scarves sell ecoStyle
Edge Scarves sell a make of scarf called ecoStyle which are very soft and beautifully patterned. Amazingly, they are 100% recycled plastic! Good service, although Evri didn’t notify me when my order was turning up.

Poor customer experience
Item arrived promptly. Unfortunately there was a mark which was obvious. I mailed the co and they asked me to send a photo which I did. The company said the picture didn’t show any mark and they hadn’t a returns policy. I posted the scarf last week but still waiting for a tesponse

Not impressed
The scarf I ordered did not arrive so I was refunded. I was told that the design I had ordered was now sold out and yet the company are still advertising it.

Not been delivered
I ordered the scarf on the 28th September and haven’t received it yet. I’ve been on the EVRI site and they say there’s a delay. Is this EVRI speak for they’ve lost it? I was looking forward to getting the scarf, it looks lovely, but I thought it would be here by now. Could you look into this for me please, kind regards
