Krystal, we're sorry — constantly refreshing and having a quiz slip through is exactly what shouldn't happen, and we completely understand the frustration. Consistency is the whole point of EdgyPro, so this is something we'd really like to get to the bottom of for you. Jump into our Discord and let the team know which class and quiz gave you trouble, and we'll dig into the bug and help make it right. We don't want to leave you refreshing.

Tyson, we're genuinely sorry — paying and then being left to figure it out on your own is not okay, and we understand why it felt like a scam. It really shouldn't be confusing, and our team can walk you through the entire setup in just a few minutes. Please reach out on Discord with your purchase info and we'll either get you up and running or make things right. We don't want to leave you hanging after you paid.

Greg, we take security concerns like this seriously — nothing matters more than people trusting the software they install. This is very often a false positive: antivirus tools frequently flag browser-extension scripts that way, but we absolutely don't want you to just take our word for it. Please reach out to our team on Discord with the details from your scanner, and we'll walk you through exactly what the file does and address any genuine concern head-on. We'd truly appreciate the chance to clear this up with you.

my friends at school recommended me this a few weeks ago, im in 11th grade and failed 6 classes my 10th grade year. i went from 2% completion in all classes to fully completed in less than a day! definitely worth the 2.50 and even the 10.00$ tier if you get it tbh, its so easy to set up on my phone and ipad & has very few glitches, i love edgypro
