Katherine, we're sorry your trial day didn't deliver — testing it out and having nothing work is a rough first impression, and not the one EdgyPro usually gives. The good news is that "nothing's working" on day one is almost always a quick setup fix, and we really don't want your trial to have gone to waste. Please reach out to our team on Discord and we'll get it working for you or make it right. Give us one more shot to change your mind.
