What a beautiful little store. There is so much to choose from, I could have one of every thing! The staff are always so helpful plus you get loyalty points with money off at the till!! Well worth a look next time your passing.

Exceptional service, beautiful clothes
I'm so lucky to have Ediit in my neighbourhood - it's important to me to support local businesses and smaller brands and I never fail to find something just right and usually pretty unique that you'd never find in a big high street chain.
But what really sets Ediit above the rest is the customer service - Karen in particular is an absolute gem. She offers fantastic advice on styling and fit, she knows the store inside out and I really feel taken care of. Thank you Karen and Ediit!

Too much effort to rectify store errors
It is unfortunate that I had such a poor experience shopping online with this store as they stock a great range of designers. They need to ensure that stock is available prior to a customer making a purchase and simplify returns by providing a prepaid label. Following three consecutive errors made by them, I have concluded that it is too much effort to continue shopping with them.

Unfortunately, during our sales period our limited catalogue of styles and sizes move quickly, and our small team is under higher pressure. We constantly aim towards speedy returns handling and improving our processes such as order packing and stocktakes.
As a small independent business we are at the time unable to offer a free returns label in every parcel, but if ever there is a mistake on our part we follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
