Edinburgh & Lothian Loft Boarding  Avis

Everything was made so easy with these guys! The guy came out to give us a quote, and a week later the rest of the team came by and were done within a few hours! They left the place in the same state they arrived to by placing plastic on the floors throughout the house, were super polite and helpful, and barely disturbed my working from home at all! 100% worth it!!

Great service from start to finish. Absolutely no mess left after the job. Many thanks!

Great service today from the guys at Edinburgh and Lothian Loft Boarding, Jason, Shawn and Gerrard were onsite worked hard and completed my Loft flooring on time, im very h.appy with them A+ service would use again

Thanks David and Jason for boarding our loft and dealing with our two empty water tanks. Pleased with finished work, service and communication

The guys were brilliant, they came out and arrived early, explained the entire process and were clear on asking questions to make sure the work was done to the expected standard. Everything fit perfectly and they tidied up afterwards too.
The entire process took about 2 hours so they were efficient, tidy and friendly.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for loft boarding.

I was looking to create some storage. The guys arrived on time and had the job done in a couple of hours. No hassle, no mess. They kept me in the loop and walked me through How to use. The flooring down and even gave me a couple of shelves.

Great experience from start to finish. David was very helpful and the boys who did the hatch/ladder install - Brandon & Jason - were so good, friendly and just respectful of the house and cleaning up. Thanks again everyone

Very pleased with the whole job from start to finish. David was so good at communicating and really on the ball with all the queries I had throughout. Brandon & Jason were really friendly, efficient and did such a great job on the loft! Great value for money for an excellent job. Thanks to the whole team 😄

The boys arrived ahead of planned time. Carried out the work to a very high standard. They were polite and respectful of my property. Explained anything I asked, showed the completed work and tidied up after themselves. I cannot commented them high enough. And I totally recommend them. Thank you.

Guys were brilliant from start to finish. They were respectful of property can’t fault them.

Extremely happy with the service from Edinburgh Boarding - From the request for a quote to the completion of the work.
We are delighted with our new floored attic, loft ladder and light. The guys turned up on time and worked hard to complete the job.
This will definitely solve our storage issues.
Would definitely recommend this professional company.

I must say I am very impressed with the service from this company from the original request for a quote to the final boarding of our loft. The guys were very professional and extremely courteous. They left our house immaculate with no mess and also the finished product is very impressive. Have loads of space now to store mementoes and other stuff.
Also David McCourt dealt with all my queries extremely quickly and efficiently.

I’m very happy with my new loft ladder and hatch, it’s very easy to use and feels very safe. The service provided by Edinburgh and Lothian loft boarding was very good and I would use this company again. Sharon.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from Edinburgh Loft Boarding. We had our loft boarded, a Fakro ladder installed, and a new LED light and loft hatch fitted—all done in one smooth visit by David and Jason.

From the start, the booking process was quick and efficient. They took the time to understand our needs and offered honest, helpful advice. On installation day, they were punctual, tidy, and clearly experienced. The hatch was carefully placed for best access, and they gave us a clear safety demo before finishing up.

We chose to do this to create more storage space and reduce clutter and it’s made a real difference to our home. Highly recommend the team for anyone in Dunfermline, Fife, or Edinburgh looking for quality loft work and reliable service.

Excellent communication and service. David and Jamie completed the job on time, are professional, efficient and focused. I am happy with the loft flooring and ladder adjustment. I would recommend this company. Thanks Mike (Glasgow)

I have been thinking about getting attic floored for a while and I am so glad that it's done.
Work has been done to a very high standard.
Arrived early and worked straight through to get job done. You would not have know they had been as cleaned everything up afterwards.
Loft, hatch and new stairs look amazing and will make a huge difference to the house.
