The Webinar about GCSE Results Day was very informative. Jemma was so knowledgable and she provided a number of useful slides to help explain her point throughout her presentation. By the end of the session, I felt confident about what to expect on Result Day and how to face any challenges that may arise. Thank you Jemma, you were brilliant! 😁

More than just a Tutor, originally needed help with A level Chemistry, has also been instrumental in helping my son organise his study sessions, helpful advice on taking exams and entering further education, tailored very much to the students individual needs.

We learned about Education Hotel when Jemma-Zoe Smith responded to an enquiry I made on a Facebook home schooling page. I was looking for a Maths GCSE tutor for my daughter who had possible Asperger's and had been working on her own but needed more support. She got on so well with Jemma that we asked her to teach Biology as well. We have found Jemma to be an excellent tutor who is very kind, patient and supportive. Due to Covid-19 our daughter has not been able to get predicted grades but Jemma went above and beyond to try and achieve this for her. We can't recommend Jemma highly enough.

The support that we have had from our tutors has been amazing! My eldest daughter was initially struggling with maths and with the help of her tutor she has flourished and grown in confidence and is now planning on doing maths A level. Not only has Jemma supported her with maths, but with all of the sciences too and has mentored her through difficult decisions around sixth form choices and initial thoughts around university. Having Jemma as a well-informed and well connected ally has given us confidence in decisions when so many things are uncertain. My youngest daughter has also worked with Flora to do a fun and engaging project keeping her busy and inspired during lockdown. The approach of all the tutors is professional and engaging. I couldn’t recommend The Education Hotel highly enough.

Jemma helped my son to pass his entrance exams for St Edward's School sixth form in Oxford, tutoring him in Maths and the three sciences, both over Skype and in person. Jemma quickly established the gaps in my son's knowledge due to different exam boards etc, and taught him how to answer questions to gain the maximum marks. Initially reticent about having a tutor, my son instantly warmed to Jemma, and was thoroughly impressed with her style of tutoring and seemingly endless abundance of knowledge across all sciences and maths. She also gave him the confidence to succeed and to aim higher, and I hope he will take that work ethic with him to St Edward's. I wholeheartedly recommend Jemma to anyone looking for a first-rate tutor.
