The Education School  Avis

My current experience is brilliant. John Edward was very informative and helpful with my course purchase and signing up.

I was really unsure of which courses I needed to do but Ahmed explained everything to me clearly and really sorted it all out. Thanks to Shmed I am all set to start my new journey with the Education school and looking forward to it .

The course format was clearly laid out, with good examples of what is required to complete each module. My personal tutor was available to provide feedback. The course is flexible enough to manage alongside other commitments.

I have just enrolled and found John really helpful. We communicated via WhatsApp, and he responded within minutes, providing clear instructions and patiently walking me through the process. He offered flexible payment options and even sent me the relevant link to make the process easier.

Thank you for your support and great customer service John. It was very much appreciated.

An Exceptional Learning Experience - 5/5 Stars
I have just completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and I want to extend my sincerest gratitude to the entire team. A special and heartfelt thanks to my assessor, Felicia. Her assessment style is truly exemplary. The way she provides feedback is meticulous, insightful, and incredibly constructive. You can see the expertise and dedication in every comment she writes - she doesn't just assess; she teaches you how to write better and think clearer. I have learnt so much about academic writing and structuring my work because of her. She is the definition of a true assessor - professional, supportive, and highly knowledgeable. My sincere thanks also to Harry Carl and Olivia Wilson, the Admission and Accounts Officers, and the whole support team for being so prompt, considerate, and professional. I submitted my work on 19th August and my deadline was today. When I followed up, they assured me they would review it on priority and they did exactly that. One incident that shows their professionalism - once I requested if my corrections could be done early as I was getting late. Felicia responded very professionally that she would look into it and get back, maintaining the standard process without encouraging anything unnecessary. That integrity is rare and I deeply respect it. They are not just efficient; they are genuinely student centric. Thank you for such a wonderful and empowering journey.

It made my learning journey easy and well organised.... Fast in responding where you have problem..... The course is well structured and fufilled my learning objectives..... The feedback from the markers are very clear and precise in doing the correction.

Ryan was very much helpful during the process of my registration. Thanks Ryan

Enrolled on the L3 AET & L3 CAVA as a bundle. Very easy to navigate the website. John Edward who I have been talking to on WhatsApp has been incredibly helpful. Setting up payment is easy. Looking forward to starting the course content and getting qualified!

The support has been invaluable. My tutor Felicia has been very supportive and provided great guidance. It was a great course to go through and really pushed some of my self education skills out of the park. I am now exciting to continue on my journey using this qualification.

I was making enquiries about the teaching and assessor professional bundle pathway and chatted up with Harry. His response time was so fast and knowledgeable going the extra mile to highlight the fees and discount promotion available. And because he gave me all the information I needed promptly, I was able to sign up on the course. I look forward to achieving this award with them.

I have completed my level 3 teaching award. Overall i found the course easy to follow and the support was great from felicia. the only issue i have had is the communication was hard to find as there is not a dedicated message service. I had to look for the messages .

I have just completed my AET level 3 with education school, to begin with I wasn't sure what to expect and it had taken a fair bit of work. But felicia who was providing the support was fantastic, I have no previous experience teaching and I honestly didn't think I would ever manage to complete the course, but thanks to this company I have managed to achieve it and now looking at other courses with this company. Ty again 👍

Harry from the education school has been such a great help so far in my learning journey with the education school. He is very knowledgeable and has answered all of my questions promptly. Looking forward to undertaking my CAVA and IQA with them all.

I enrolled on the course, after changing career path. I was a trainer in the NHS and now want to go freelance. As a first experience of producing work at level 3, I cannot thank the staff and my tutor enough for their patience and feedback.
The learning environment is really good. Easy to negotiate and the messaging feature is really helpful to get support from your tutor.
The videos on referencing and submission were very helpful, but i did have to ask for clarity, but once I understood the requirement it was very easy to submit.
The microteach options are very helpful. I opted for a microteach on line with other learners, but equally I could have recorded one and then submitted it.
The feedback on each essay is very constructive and always within the time limit of 5 days.
I have enjoyed the course and look forward to progressing.

Really well organied- fantastic feedback

I was given a very good instructor that made my journey really enjoyable.

I received prompt and constructive answers and feedback on my assignment. I felt supported when I needed it and was also able to work at my own pace. The study material and support resources were valuable to help me complete my assignment.

This the 2nd course I have sent my team on and the service from The Education School has been phenomenal.

Whether through the website or WhatsApp the response is within minutes.

Excellent service.

I will continue to send my team on instructors your way.
