Great customer service

I had an issue with my lift chair and contacted customer service explained my issue provided the evidence of the issue as requested. After their revue they concluded that a replacement chair was warranted and provided the tracking number for the new chair.
What a pleasant surprise to deal with a company that is responsive and provides true customer service. I highly recommend Edward Creations for their commitment to customer satisfaction and standing behind their product.

Outstanding customer service .I have purchased 2 lift chairs from edward creations . I Had a problem with second one . A small wire detached from under chair . I contacted service thru email help line explained the problem and sent pictures of wire and location under chair . Lou emailed within 30 min . He explained that he sent info to tech department. Received update within an hour . I was offered a full replacement chair because I was still under warranty. I received new chair 2 days later .

2nd defective Stashease lift recliner

I just emailed a refund request to EdwardCreations so let’s see how long it takes for a response.

I purchased my original Stashease lift chair on April 17 2025. That one had defects. I can’t remember what defects they were (terrible memory) but, I emailed them and their response was relatively quick and they sent me a new chair without having to return the original ( I guess they already knew about those defects).

They sent me the new chair and this one has started leaning to one side. It is an inch difference from one side to the other but I have severe back problems and one inch makes a huge difference.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I previously had an oversized chair from rooms to go. It wasn’t a lift chair but it was way more comfortable and much better for my back. I wish that I had never gotten rid of it.

I will update this review, good or bad, once I hear from them

Please, do not!

I have had the Quatro lux chair for several months now, $1000 chair.
This is a warning to those shopping for a lift chair for health reasons. Do yourself a huge favor, do not buy a chair that you can not sit in and try before you buy it. To their credit, the chair operates as it is supposed to, and it looks nice. Those are the only positives. This chair is NOT comfortable, the seat part does not move at all like a normal recliner. A normal recliner, when your legs go up, and the back reclines, the seat part actually tilts back. This one does not. Its like sitting on the floor with your legs straight out. Your butt and legs are straight, the only thing that reclines is the back. The massage motors in the leg part actually stab you in the lower back part of your calves and are not comfortable, if you move your legs to the sides, you dont feel the massage. This chair says it has adjustable lumbar support, it does not. It is in the lower thoracic part of your back so for people with lumbar issues, this is useless. These were things I pointed out to the company as soon as I put it together, they said I could return it at my expense. Thats a large expense just to try a chair out. So maybe this warning will help someone not make the mistake i have. If you can't try it, DONT buy it.

I did a lot of research before ordering…

I did a lot of research before ordering these chairs. We have had them for 2 weeks now and my husband and I are happy with them. They seem well made and sturdy but I’m happy to have the warranty just in case. We have had bad luck with other brands, hence all the research. So far, great purchase!

The chair surpasses any thoughts I had about what the chair would be. It's more than just a chair. It's pure comfort and a joy to just look at, the color, the design, and the sturdiness are just a few of it's attributes. Thank you for a chair very well made.

Amazing chair

Amazing chair! It truly reduces pressure on my spine, and it feels like floating. I can easily adjust positions, and the chair feels very durable. I will definitely buy another one for my husband.

Terrible chairs and horrendous customer service! Look at all the other negative reviews! They do not care and sell cheap made products that fall apart!

Very lame response! I messaged them BEFORE the warranty expired! They took forever to respond.

That’s because these crap chairs you have sent KEEP BREAKING!

After reviewing our records, the last time we heard from you within the warranty period was on February 18, when we sent a full replacement chair under warranty. We did not receive any further messages after that until December 25, which was unfortunately after the warranty had expired.

We always aim to support our customers as fully as possible within the warranty terms, and we did so when the warranty was active. While we’re unable to offer another warranty replacement at this time, we truly appreciate your feedback.

Never ever buy their products

I should have known better to never purchase a chair that I can't sit in first. The chair I received is so cheaply made it is extremely uncomfortable to sit in. There are places where there is no padding so the only thing that covers the wood is the fabric that covers the awhole chair. I've had multiple things break on it and the warranty as I later learned is that they just mail you that piece and you have to fix it yourself. I have not had the heat and vibration that they call Massage because they keep stalling mailing me the parts for repairing that. When I told them that my chair was making a sound when I put the legs down they wanted me to take a picture. Now how do you take a picture of a noise. I did take a picture of the problem with the remote and showing how it was broken and where it was broken. But that wasn't enough then they wanted video of the problem so I sent them a video of the exact same things that I did the still pictures of. It is supposedly in the mail and I am still waiting for it. And it's supposedly comes with instructions on how to fix it. Of course I can't do it because I can't bend over so I have to rely on friends and family to do it for me. I wish I never spent this money on this chair. I would have rather given $850 to a stranger then to this company.

Purchased a "Lay flat lift chair" from…

Purchased a "Lay flat lift chair" from them based on reviews and a 2 year warranty promise. At first, did not realize what they sent me was not what was pictured on their website. We had trouble with the base which would not lift the leg rest to fully extend, got in touch with them, sent in a video showing the issue, they sent me a replacement base within 5 days. Once I received it and put it together, I realized it was not at all like the pictures/video on their website. I reached out again and told them I was unhappy with the product, felt they were deceptively advertising and the leg rest still did not fully extend as pictured on their website. Within days, I received a cashback refund offer with an apology and keep the chair. I was satisfied enough with that offer to accept it BUT, this whole episode could have been avoided if they had not deceived me (YOU) by showing one item and sending another! I had started a dispute with my credit card company that I would have kept active had this company not engaged with me as they did. BEWARE, check the pictures/video and get a guarantee that you are buying that exact same product before you purchase.

They will not answer a phone call They ask for you to hold line and I do this this is the 3RD time finally a recording comes on comes on and says please leave name and number and we will call you back. Still hasn't and I've been calling since Thursday

The customer service is GREAT at…

The customer service is GREAT at telling you what you want to here, but ZERO at delivery. Three months I've requested a refund via email, and chatting with the CS for the $50 add on to a purchase - the pressure relief pad. Still waiting although I've been told many times it will happen.

As for the chair.
The lift is great - quiet and the independent back legs was a feature I wanted.
Assembly was easy, cords are nice length and easy to manage.
The lumbar works well, but is designed for a taller person, so hits me 5'8" higher up in the back.
The pockets are deep good for magazines, etc.
The drink holders open way to easily and fall open at times.
The chair is solidly built, constructed of wood - you can feel it at many different points.
The padding is cheap, too soft and feels more like stuffing for a pillow than the firmer padding most furniture uses and not high quality.

The worst, for some reason there is WOOD across the front in two points that stick up stabbing you in the leg! No idea why it's not a solid piece across the front.

Three different types of padding and you'll still feel the pressure from this piece of wood sticking up on the right side for no apparent reason.

For under $1,000 you get what you pay for as chairs with these features are generally in the $2500-3500 range.

I wouldn't purchase this again, but it was a good learning experience as far as the next purchase what to look for in construction.

NEEDS AJUSTABLE HEAD REST

GOT MY CHAIR ON 1-10-2025 DELIVERY WAS BAD FROM FED X SUPPPOSE TO SIGN FOR IT THEY JUST DROP OFF IN DOORWAY DID NOT SEE IF ANYBODY WAS HOME I DONT KNOW WHY EVERYBODY GIVES THIS CHAIR A 5 STAR RATING ONE OF MY METAL CUP HOLDER IS INSIDE OF ARM CAN'T GET OUT CHAIR IS NOT THAT COMFORTABLE COULD USE MORE NECK SUPPORT

My husband and I bought two of these…

My husband and I bought two of these chairs and love them. We got another for a friend who was overmedicated by her neurologist and experiences shaking throughout the day. After setting up the chair and using the massage feature, her shaking stopped. We're thrilled the Nesting Cloud chair is helping her.
