Een 4 tal jaar geleden kochten wij als installateur een 25 tal ups toestellen. Wij hebben er daarvan 18 moeten terugsturen wegens defect, direct uit de doos. De verzendingskosten hebben we zelf betaald. Deze 18 werden hersteld en ons opnieuw toegestuurd. Nadien bleken van deze toestellen terug een 5 tal stuk te zijn gegaan. Ondertussen was de garantie verlopen en kon K zelf opdraaien voor de herstelling. Verschillende keren heb K dit bij EET aangekaart dat K hier mee verveeld zat. Ook hadden we liever geen herstelde toestellen hadden teruggekregen. Tot op heden heb K nog steeds geen reactie gekregen van hun hieromtrent.
