They did a good job, the first time the oven door glass wasn't cleaned properly but they came back out free if charge and sorted it. Good communication am happy to recommend.

40 minutes late
40 minutes late, but I was understanding.the girl was very friendly and nice to talk to but the mirrors and glass came out dirtier than before they got cleaned . Again the girl was lovely and friendly won’t be using this company again.

Hi, your booking came late over the weekend. We only asked if the cleaner can come the next day. You did not accept and decided to cancel. Refund take 7 working days to be processed. New home clean
I had Effective Cleaning Services come in to clean my new home before moving in. The cleaners arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I knew as soon as I walked in the door that the cleaning had been carried out to a high standard. Attention to detail and care taken during the cleaning was evident.
Communication from the office was somewhat casual which made me slightly nervous about what to expect but they did a fantastic job - would 100% book again!

Disappointing
The evening before the booking I received a text asking me to collect the cleaner from the bus stop which I didn’t think was appropriate. As the cleaner would need to walk 30 minutes to my house which is in the town, the booking was cancelled which was disappointing. Don’t state you will service a town and then won’t. Also suggest verifying locations sooner than 24 hours before the booking to flag an issue sooner. I’d have been happy to pay for a taxi as an example

The booking was not cancelled by us, the client asked us to cancel the booking. After talking to the cleaner we asked the client if she can pick the cleaner. She said she cant, and we were going to make other options. She requested the booking to be cancelled because it didn't feel right to her. But most of our cleaners do not drive, they use public transport. Sometimes clients prefer to pick them up. We also wrote on our booking page that if a client is not sure about their location, they need to contact us first before booking.
Great regular cleaning
We get a fortnightly house clean. They are very responsive to specific requests. Wendy in particular is excellent- floors and bathrooms were gleaming and the beds were made immaculately.

Deep cleaning
company came out to me awhile back to do a deep clean. They did not do a deep clean and left alot alot of bits on their to do list. The floors were left dirty, light switches dirty, mirrors streaks, cobwebs left everywhere etc. I contacted them my concerns within 12 hours of them coming (I was not home when they left) we came to an agreement that I would receive a partial refund. I have never received this refund. Contacted the supervisor Kim a couple of times since with no reply. It's been over a month. Very unprofessional & would not recommend this company.
I also had a review up for 3 stars before I spoke with kim who asked me to remove the review untill the matter was solved but it's left unsolved.
Edit: after speaking to the manager,manager was unaware of the situation as supervisor gave me false information. Manager rectified the situation and issued the refund the supervisor had promised that was against their terms and conditions

This job was done months ago. It's the first time we have heard that a partial refund has been agreed upon. Usually, when a client contacts us with a complaint, we send cleaners to fix it. The client refused that to be done. But that is in our terms and conditions when people make a booking to prevent people who want refunds because cleaning has been done. The client must be at home after the cleaning to check the job together with the cleaning team. That was not done again because the client chose not to be there. We did not receive photos or videos as evidence of the complaints as per our terms and conditions. Contact us through the normal channels and visit our terms and conditions section

Part time cleaners false promises
Hi i would have given a lower rating if possible, because I opted for this because of some good reviews and now iam not even sure if those reviews are genuine. I paid 350 for a deep cleaning for the new house and after two sets of cleaning by part time cleaners with so called equipments like a couple of brushes and one hoover, still we are sick with the dust inside. I specifically asked about cleaning the ceiling because of the dust and even though it was agreed before paying once the cleaners were here, they bad no clues about cleaning the ceiling at all. Don't fall prey for the false promises.

I am sorry that you are not happy with the service we provided. But we told you from the start that cleaning a ceiling was an added service that you have to pay for. The 350 you paid was for a standard deep cleaning price. I specifically told you that we will only wipe the ceiling and if you want concentration on ceiling we will give you quote. You agreed that it should be wiped. When we finished you requested that we repeat and we came again the next day to repeat. We have been cleaning in Cork for 9 years in schools , houses and office that why there are a lot of five star reviews on our profile. But we do clean what the clients pay for. Sometimes clients dont like to pay for something and they they want it to be included thats not the way we work. Check our deep cleaning checklist on our website

She has a good eye for detail and the house felt really clean after she was here. I have requested to book her again for regular cleaning after my good experience with her. The manager is extremely responsive and fixes any issues that may arise promptly.
