Brenton was fantastic. As a 57 YO I was a bit apprehensive, thinking i might be the oldest and slowest etc etc. But I felt totally included in the course. Effortless Swimming (ES) is a great tool for improving all aspects of my swimming: technique-both for pool and open water; training-land base and in the water; strength and flexibility exercises. This is delivered through Brenton and his coaches who manage to provide a hands on experience through online tools, including videos, conversations via chat with the coaches, video swim lessons. In addition, Brenton has created a community of swimmers who share their experiences and make the solitary activity of swimming into an activity where experiences are shared. I put today's date as my date of experience in this review but I have been part of the Effortless Swimming group for several years.

I love these goggles. After spending similar money on other 'name brand' goggles to have them fog up after only a few wears, I have used these up to 6 times a week for the last 5 months with no loss of the antifog ability. Every now and again they fog up, but a quick rinse out with water and they are good to go.

I had a pair of goggles as a gift and they appeared to be faulty. The customer service was so fast and helpful and I have a pair of replacement goggles already on their way to me. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

On the fence about spending so much money for goggles even though my head under water good 90 minutes & my present goggles smashing my face. I ordered Recon & they were amazing comfortable & great comfortable seal but they distorted my vision so much it made me nauseous.I contacted company with this information, Ivan replied they would replace those goggles with goggles of my choice. I chose Strike & they were shipped to me and I can’t say enough about them & company. Such a Comfortable fit with good seal, no leaking & no major indents on my face.

Bought the 8 week freestyle program a couple of years ago and found some of the tips very helpful. Just bought a few pairs of goggles so keen to try them out. The customer service during the process has been fantastic.

My experience with Effortless swimming has been amazing! I have just completed an online 8 week faster freestyle course, I am a regular watcher of their You Tube content and social media videos which always provide such helpful tips and info. I have just wrapped up my summer swim series with my club and my times have improved massively for my open water swims, no doubt due to some technique changes I’ve been implementing! I have just booked in for the in-person Freestyle Workshop later this month which I am so excited for!

Every single contact I had with you, Brenton or with any other person of Effortless Swimming was great.
I did the first 5 lessons, already quite a while ago. My problem, why I did not stay as a member, is that, where I swim in Spain they do not allow videos being taken, unless it is within a training with our club.
So, I could not send you any videos so that you could correct me.
But since last October I am swimming up to twice a week with an ex olympic swimmer. I am very happy with that.
But maybe, I would have never gone so far, if I had not followed you on Instagram regularly, and still do. That really gave me the kick to find someone, who would challenge me more, than our trainer in our club.
So thank you so much for being out there and giving all these inputs.
If there is one thing I would like to recommend, if I may, is that you would also give inputs on the other swimming styles, breast stroke, back stroke and butterfly (the last one for me is not an issue - I am 78 years old!!). Good luck and lots of success to the whole crew! Christine

It’s great. I was able to get the catch and release exercises, it helped me analyze a bit more my swimming technique. Very good!

The 8 week training course had a significant impact on taking my skills from one who swam based on elementary school swimming class recollections to understanding the basics of freestyle swimming. The on going Efforless Swimming updates continues to remind me and reinforce what was taught during the 8 week course. I've highly recommended the course to others.

The Untifog swim goggles caught my eye immediately with their beautiful design. They look great in and out of the water! However, I was disappointed to find that they still fog up during my swims. This is a major drawback since clarity is key when swimming. They are comfortable and fit securely, so if you’re willing to sacrifice a bit of performance for style, these could be a good option. Just keep in mind that fogging could be an issue.

Brenton is the definition of World Class. He's approach to swimming and to his craft is inspiring.
As a fellow coach, I appreciated his support, patience and knowledge.
I went from 2:35 to 1:30 per 100.
As an adult swimmer, I'm grateful for his lessons.

My sister put me onto the goggles and they are the best ive ever worn - yes the vision is good but the comfort is outstanding. Am also learning from the technique tips and my swimming has definitely improved as a result. Thank you effortless.

I listen to the advise Brenton gives on swimming almost every day! I have learned a lot from his advice and appreciate the videos use of visual examples. I also really enjoy the advice he shares from other coaches and expert swimmers.

I am a much better and more confident swimmer after doing this course. Great programme and I still refer to the lessons/drills/vids whenever I want to.
