Do not use this company when buying flowers especially for special occasions. They come out appealing and not nice at all. Cheap quality and now my partner is upset on her birthday. Paid a lot for them too and their customer service is so bad. No contact number and can’t get a hold of them.

If you’re about to order from eflorist, STOP. My flowers arrived badly damaged, broken stems and flower heads that had been forced in to a box that was too small and were then left in full sun to wilt, without a knock on the door or any communication to say they were waiting for me. It really upset me and spoilt our wedding anniversary.
They have no telephone number and the part-time chat bot told me it had too many customer enquiries and couldnt reply to me. ….. I suspect alot of complaints. Dont waste your money. Go elsewhere for your flowers.
Appalling qualiy and customer service
Appalling customer service. Terrible quality flowers. They arrived in bud, and proceeded to die. The false advertising is actually criminal. I was presented with a picture on the website, which I based my decision to purchase on. I followed the care instructions, contacted customer service and explained my dissatisfaction, and have been emailing with pictures each day of the flowers further decline. They are now gaslighting me, saying that they are pleased to see that the flowers are "fresh, meet the advertised colour scheme, and are to value". They look NOTHING like the picture I based my decision to purchase on. I wish I could attach photos here

The bouquet I received was half dead there was about handful of flowers . An absolute disgrace of a company. No customer service. Stay away from this company

Absolutely awful, didn't even send the same flowers as the picture for mothers day, ordered a 'large' bouquet which again looked no different. Customer service was awful and commented how they had similar colours so will not issue a refund, never ever order from here!!!

Do not use. Total mess of a company. Could grow the flowers quicker. Customer service...pah. None at all. Wanted same day, they couldn't. Email at 2pm to say we can deliver a different set the next day, responded at 14.12. Sent an email at 7am. You didn't respond before 4pm so we can't. This went on the same loop for 3 days. Ordered a vibrant bright Spring bouquet with the flowers my mum likes for Mothers Day and a box of chocolates
'Bouquet' arrived minus chocolates, mum is aware that they came in buds and would need a good drink ..... but no nourishment would change the physical flowers .... it was only tulips .... and similar to those you pick up at closing time !
Only way I knew, was my mum sent a photo to say thanks - but if they had been sent to a colleague etc you may not be aware of the horror they receive
AVOID this company and contact a local florist to arrange

I ordered flowers as a colleague was leaving. I ordered a large spring hedgerow costing over £30 for next day delivery. They didn't arrive the next day, eventually arrived a day late at 6.30 at night, The colleague finished at 1.30!
The roses were dead, there was one iris bud and no alstroemeria. Absolutely awful. When i complained they said they were fresh, have met the colour scheme and are of value. I would never get flowers from here again
Ordered large received what appeared to be a small
Ordered large bouquet for mothers day, received a small (13 flowers is apparently correct). Awful customer service, told to follow flower care instructions as if it's going to multiply the flowers, won't be ordering again.
I ordered 2 bouquets for Mother’s Day…
I ordered 2 bouquets for Mother’s Day when they arrived nothing like the pictures, one bouquet didn’t have any wrapping on it and the other was all creased and had pen writing all over the wrapping. Will not order again. Customer service said that the flowers looked fresh so there was nothing they would do, I went out and bought new flowers for my mums.
Sad, tiny bouquet and rude customer service
Paid extra for a nominated day delivery (Mother's Day) and the flowers did not arrive on the day I specified. Plus, I paid for a medium bouquet and it arrived extremely tiny and just sad looking. I emailed pictures to their Customer Service team and they completely dismissed me, according to them the bouquet looked "to value." Absolutely laughable and ridiculous. Worst flower company ever.

Terrible company will never use again, the first time was bad enough. Delivered on a different day even though paid the extra to guarantee delivery on requested day.
Told them the recipient wouldn't be in, eforist said would either leave with a neighbour or in a safe place out of site on the property.
It was left in plain view on doorstep!
Worst posted flowers ever received
Taking kids hard earned money to give their flowers. I admit I got what was in the picture but it is so boosted out. Half the flowers were dead and broken.
It was delivered a day early, if it hadn't then I wouldn't have had anything. My children live 500 miles away and had to boost the flowers so that they didn't feel tight and stingy and send them a thankyou.
It's the thought that.counts bit I am claiming about the rip off.

Like many others, please do not use this company. Ordered for sympathy, paid £6.99 delivery for next day. Didn’t arrive until the day after.
Never available on chat and simply sends the same oh well we only guarantee chosen delivery day for 90% of orders. I bet the other 90% of customers get the same reply and eflorist are making a fortune by charging £6.99 to each order but paying Yodel fir a much cheaper 2 to 3 day, not next day, service.
Will not use again and advise you don’t either.
Tried one more time to get a sensible response, not simply the sane scripted it’s now been delivered but do get in touch if anything else email AGAIN from a very incompetent Jordan.
Surprise not change but they sent me the Yodel photo showing delivered, which I had myself, showing delivered A DAY LATE!

Dreadful
Dreadful. Ordered a large bunch for a birthday with no roses. Arrived with 20 percent roses and the size of the bunch was very small and would cost £12 in the local Co op as opposed to nearly £40 from Eflorist. The delivery was fine but that’s nothing to do with them it’s Yodel who deliver. They offered a free box of chocolates with a large bunch which contained 3 chocolates worth about £1. I didn’t read the reviews because they are attached to a local business and time was short. Never again. Sorry.

Wish I had read the reviews, My friend lost her son and I arrange for a bouquet to be delivered next day to them - the flowers arrived 3 days later and they didn't even deliver to her door they left them in the lane at her address.
