Do not use this site. Flowers were crap. Really really bad service, plus it is delivered by yodel. I could write an essay on how bad it is, but I'll save you the time.

Avoid worst service ever and customer service non existent

Order 2 lots of flowers for my wife on valentines day 1 lot arrived the 2nd lot still hasn't ive sent numerous emails with no joy they say it's been delivered but as I explained 1 lot did from the courier the 2nd lot was to come from the local florist which still haven't arrived I'm now £55 out of pocket avoid eflorist they are useless

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Flowers not delivered, even with the premium delivery paid, no correspondence has been sent to communicate any issues; 4 days later still nothing!! Have emailed and raised multiple tickets to have them ignored. This company is awful, please avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I’m very disappointed, very upset as I have spent time looking for flowers for my love one.

Last week , I ordered rose and lilies bouquet on the 11th of February and wanted to the flowers to arrive on the 14th obviously valentine day.

First off all the flowers never arrived(till today). I received a bunch of email and one email from Amazon shipping saying the they will deliver the flowers on Saturday15th ( they never delivered the flowers ) It’s Monday now!!

To top it off : I went online was chatting to this chat bot but apparently they have no number I could phone in. I did summit a ticket no email till today.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO SAVE YOU ANXIETY AND A LOT OF HEADACHES!!

Ordered 03-02-2025 50 roses and paid extra for delivery 14-02-2025. They still aren’t out for delivery and completely made me look rubbish on Valentine’s Day. They have deleted everyone’s complaints off instagram but haven’t even responded to me yet. I’d
Completely avoid this company as they can’t deliver the service they sell and they can’t communicate when things go wrong and shy away from it. I expect a full refund and as they haven’t even left you yet don’t bother sending them!

Cemetery bins

Received these so called “roses” on Saturday (a day late) which my partner paid over £50 for and they turn up looking like they have been taken from the cemetery bins!! Or rescued from a house fire!
It’s ridiculous and embarrassing for yourselves that you would even send them out!
“Rose care - if they’re looking dark remove the outer petal” if I did that there would literally be none left!
The box arrived with the sticker already off and the flowers had 0 water nor was the container even damp it was completely dried as they have probably been sat in a warehouse for 2/3 days!

Flowers just did not arrive..

Ordered flowers for Valentine's day.
Paid for Premium Delivery, to guarantee that they would arrive on the day.
It's now the evening of Sunday 16th Feb, and the flowers have still not arrived.
They even sent an email on the 14th to say "your flowers are on their way", and the tracking link shows "to be delivered on 14th Feb".
Will not be using them again.

Do not use

Do not use - wish I’d read the reviews first!! I ordered flowers for a terminally Ill family member. I paid extra for next day delivery. They did not arrive. I was told I was unfortunate as 2% of flowers do not arrive on the day you book for. They said they can arrive anytime up to two days later and I should have read the small print!

The flowers arrived too late for me sadly. I have told family and friends never to use this company.

Frankly horrified

Frankly horrified. Sent flowers for my mum's birthday. Got a few white roses and 3 fresias. Not the gorgeous purple Moonlight bouquet that the photo promised. Won't use eflorist again.

Eflorist is fake.
I ordered flowers from them for valentine's day to my wife. They haven't delivered it yet.
They are fake and they don't have coustomer service or phone no for contatct them and they don't have courier service also. All are fake. I have had no replies from the company from my emails and complaints.. I have put one star and that’s because I can’t pick no stars.

Not much to say.. Bs.. Spent £100 on flowers and special delivery for valentines day and they are not here even the day after. They were paid for weeks in advance because of the rush.. I have had no replies from the company from my emails and complaints..

Really disappointed

Really disappointed as ordered weeks before valentines and ordered arrived next day with 0 updated, I paid extra for it to arrive on the 14th, what is the point of it arriving the day after if I wanted them for valentines? unacceptable, I do not recommend this shop

Came on valentine's day as expected

Came on valentine's day as expected, but I did get a scary email saying it was going to be delivered on the 15th not 14th by Amazon so make sure they don't say 15th scare me and then deliver it 14th as expected. It was a relief non the less that they arrived in fine condition, happy with how they are.

Heartbroken

Heartbroken. Ordered valentines flowers for my Mum who has dementia, on behalf of my 80 year old Dad. Eflorist say on their website that deliveries arrive by 9pm latest, but the delivery has been outsourced to Amazon who say it could be as late as 10pm. This has caused lots of anxiety for my elderly parents who would usually be in bed by then, I wish I could have cancelled the order and used a better company.
