I have just received birthday flowers from my son and daughter in law. They arrived looking battered and in need of water. I dread to think how much this poor display cost and my advice is not to waste your money on this service....

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Spent 35 pound on some flowers for my mam to say how proud I am that she's a front line worker for the nhs and they arrived dead!. I've sent an email to which I've had no reply!. Don't waste your money!.

Well..well..well, what can I say!! Crap!!!!! I send my sister flowers as a Thankyou and arrived dead!!!!! Also not many in a bunch as shown on pictures.... don’t be fooled by the lovely big bunch of flowers because you won’t get them ! Over £30 I spend on a straggly bent dead six flowers.... please don’t waste your money .... I’m still trying to get refunded.... not giving up on this one folks!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

At first I thought the flowers awful most were wilted and some looked dead. I still put them in a vase added some sugar to the water. Within 2 days they came back to life and look beautiful .

The only reason, I have put one star is so I can write a review. I ordered two bunches of flowers, sadly to be delivered to show my sympathy for the loss of a loved one. The flowers arrived wilted and on their last legs (hardly appropriate in the circumstances). 7 stems of wilted flowers and £25 x2 lighter in the pocket. Customers services did not care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wished I had read the reviews
Don’t bother ordering
I am so annoyed that I did not read these reviews before purchasing! I ordered what I thought would be a pretty bunch of flowers for my Grans 80th Birthday. Yes, they arrived on time but when I seen them in the flesh, they looked like a cheap bunch of flowers I’d picked up from Tesco. So disappointing. I believed my Gran would also receive a free box of chocolates with her order, but as I was so embarrassed by the awful looking flowers, there was no way I could ask her if she had the chocolates also! My Gran had all of her flowers that she had received from various family members in vases next to each other, and my pathetic bunch were not even worth looking at. They just did not compare to the other bunches she had had delivered! I feel like I have been ripped off!!! Such a waste of money!! Don’t bother ordering!
Dead flowers
Dead flowers. Received a bouquet of lily and roses today. As soon as I opened the box I could see all of the roses were drooping terribly, the foliage was also battered and damaged. The lilies are in bud so hopefully won't die but the roses will be dead before the lilies come out. I don't understand why a small reservoir of water isn't included before postage. Very expensive for the quality of flowers received.

Ordered well in advance and still arrived a day late after the occasion. Company unable to even give me a reason why.
Flowers were all brown in places, clearly been sat in a van for a long time.
When I contacted the company I was told to peel back the petals! Thanks for the floristry lesson!! The were brown even in the middle of the flower.

I had a bouquet for me from this company as well as brought bouquets for two different friends that were to the best of my knowledge as they should be in good condition.
Sadly the ones I recieved were half dead on arrival. The next day I had to throw them away.on informing the company they stated the picturesbi sent them indicated some of the flower buds had not come out yet and implied the dead loom was normal! I can assure all that the buds never come out and non of the flowers revived as the company told me they should have
I am annoyed at their response and the fact I paid a lot if money for the flowers.i would not have paid even a £5 for them

THE FLOWERS ARE DEAD (Like the Monty Python Dead Parrot)
HALF DEAD FLOWERS. AND they have the cheek to explain how to revive them.... revive them .... their dead. Reminds me of the Monty Python Dead Parrot sketch. Despite a number of emails and replies, eflowers is still not accepting responsibility for the absolutely diabolical 'bunch of flowers' that I purchased for £35.00. The company is a disgrace. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY this valentines day..

What a waste of time and money. Our daughter sent them for wedding anniversary, arrived 2days late limp and half dead. When I contacted them was just given excuses.

I received a bunch of flowers from my granddaughter at Christmas. They were just like a bunch you would get from a garage. Droopy and cheap blooms although they cost her just under£30. I bought a £4.99 bunch from Aldi far superior and fresh. I contacted the address on their leaflet and was told to take a photo and send it to another address. I wasn’t going down my rubbish bin to dig out the droopy flowers. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered the flowers two days ago, arrived late in the evening when I didn’t even need them anymore and they weren’t what they looked like in the photo

If you want to sent someone the message that they're not really worth any effort then this is the company you should use! I ordered a bouquet named Lily & Rose which I upgraded to "delux" ...... 3 days later a box of 6 stems with limp buds were delivered. .. Customer services took ages to respond and when they did they basically said from the photos I had submitted (of battered packaging, with postage label dated 3 days prior containing half a dozen limp stems) were as they expected as the "Fresh" flowers are delivered in "Bud" form and boxed for protection .....
To add insult to injury a couple of days later whilst in my local co-op I noticed several bunches of flowers that looked similar to those as eflowers show in photos on their website; when i looked at the labels sure enough the bouquets all shared exactly the same 'names' as those on the website but with at least 3 times as many flowers and costing 5 times LESS!

Ordered flowers for my mums birthday which arrived today well past there sell by day and nothing like advertised online .am so upset and dissapointed for my mum. So would not recommend you buy from this company.
