Disappointed that item, an outdoor 4g aerial, had clearly been previously opened.
It was not factory sealed and clearly the internal packaging had been replaced.
The unit was as new, but I cannot test until the associated router arrives.
At full price, I expect an BRAND NEW item.
This, I believe, was returned from an aborted install job.
Not great.

Beat the Xmas and pandemic chaos.
In spite of the Xmas and pandemic chaos, they despatched my order promptly. UPS took a few days longer than predicted, but still ok. Saved £50 compared to Amazon's price, and all is working as expected. Recommended.
