Egarden Avis 11

I ordered a salix tristis from Egarden that arrived broken in half. I contacted them asking for a replacement or refund and sent photos. They responded with the address where I have to send the plant back and they will refund when they receive it. I responded that it should not be the customers responsibility to arrange return for a damaged order but they sent me the address again and that it. Very rude customer service. The plant itself was in a big pot with hardly any roots and the whole three was maybe 80cm long. Rubbish plant and service. I left a bad review under the plant on their page which was deleted the next day. Do not trust them. Beyond disappointed!!!

I ordered 3 plants, one arrived with broken branches and in very bad condition. I contacted the website and nothing happened.
I dont recomand as the plants are not that great and customer service is very bad.

Am cumparat aronia rosu de la ei si mi-au trimis scorus negru, fara niciun dubiu, cu fructe pe planta. Le-am trimis poze si au refuzat sa remedieze.

Catalda si paulownia mi au fost trimise cu frunzele uscate pe margini, cu taieturi si punctate negru pe partea inferioara (paraziți? fungi?). Mi au spus sa ma organizez cu returul pentru ca ei nu se ocupa

Am primit 5 butasi de smochini Viola extrem de mici, de foarte proasta calitate și care păreau parțial uscați, la sfârșitul lui februarie. Prima mea reacție a fost ca sa-i returnez imediat. Dar am zis ca poate pana la urma pornesc cel puțin o parte în vegetatie. Dar din păcate, greseala mea, niciunul nu a pornit in vegetatie pana azi 20 mai. Am contactat egarden.ro și răspunsul a fost ca ei nu oferă nici o garanție și implicit ca nu-i interesează subiectul acesta. Sunt un fan al smochinilor și am mai mulți smochini, și am destulă experienta cu cultivarea lor.

Ordered 3 Acer Palmatum in 4 l pots. Received the plants but the quality is so, so low; sent a complain, to all the emails available, on the day of delivery and the second and third day. No answer yet

Neseriosi. Nu trimit ce trebuie si nu mai raspund la telefon

They sent me the cheaper varieties of the plants I ordered. And for the bamboo for example they were mostly just bamboo sticks stuck in the dirt, no roots on them.

Prost.Nu răspund la telefon,produse de calitate proasta.Cand am văzut că nu răspund la telefon și au preturi piperate am anulat comanda.Am făcut alte două comenzi in alte locuri Eram la servici zi aglomerata,grea,am primit colet.Am dat banii,luat două colete Nu m.am uitat de unde sunt,nu aveam timp.M.am trezit cu comanda de la ei,deși a fost anulată.Nu răspund nicăieri,la telefoane,mesaje,mailuri ,nimic.Firma fantoma.

Very bad customer service: I made an order and chose "payment at delivery" since the online payment method was not working (error on their website). I then received an invoice a week later, without more information (the trees should have been delivered already). When I started to be impatient since my order was still not coming, I wrote to them and only received as a reponse: "did you pay?"... I have sent them many emails, text messages and called 30 times: they never answered. Stay away from this shop, disastreous customer service. Honestly, it looks like a scam.
