I can't cancel my subscription even after mailing customer service, thanks for god i used my prepaid card, alot of msg insufficient balance but still very annoyed

This website is a scam. There is no way to cancel your subscription and when you email them no one answer. The reason I wanted to cancel in the first place was because the website had a lot of glitches and shows very inaccurate data so I emailed them and every time they replied they would say “ I’m not on the paid version” even though I was. Then stopped replying when I wanted to cancel.

It is not a tool. it's a group of scammers.
1- The tool will give you completely inaccurate data.
2- They didn't set the auto renewal on/off button option on their website so that they can scam you.
They charged me for the next month as there was no option to cancel the subscription & i email them within few minutes after renewal & i got reply " As per our Refund Policy, we regret to inform you that recurring charges are not eligible for refund."

Terrible support, all claims are fake. I paid almost a year back, complained instantly, they never refunded and I waited almost a year, they made not even 1% improvement. Trust me its completely waste of money. The free tools out there are far better than their crap paid tools. Do not get trap in their FAKE CLAIMS.

PS: the worse keeps getting even more so!!.
After the disaster last year, I cancelled my plan. And, lo and behold, they have charged me again for renewing my plan and are now hiding behind a no refund policy. Not only are they incredibly incompetent, they are dishonest and liars.

This is a trifecta of poor software, poor data, and poor customer service. I paid for an annual subscription last year, and during amazon prime day this year decided to take advantage of their discount to renew for another year. They conveniently ignored four months remaining on my plan, and started a new plan expiring in 12 months. Soooo, the discount actually ended up costing me extra! I immediately contacted them to reverse this, they agreed. Several days later, my current plan also stopped working, and now I have been downgraded to a basic plan without any access to my work FOUR months before the end of my subscription. STAY AWAY and do not use them under any circumstances.
