Terrible customer service. On hold incessantly. Heaters lost by FedEx. Spent 4 hours of my life trying to find them. They did not care. Sent me wrong hold address location. Happy to refund me only because they refused to pay for overnight shipping on new ones. Total nightmare. No empathy robot people. Hours of my life wasted. I would like to have reviewed the heaters but hey. God knows where they are weeks later.

** update** They did finally send a replacement. I will review after we use it
We ordered a heater. It never came. Fedex claimed they delivered it on 4/7. We have Ring cameras, it showed no delivery. When I chatted with eheat, the guy told me to wait 2 more days after Fedex marked it delivered because sometimes they mark it before they actually deliver it. Wow, really? I waited, no heater. I don't have close neighbors,my house number is clearly marked. On 4/12 eheat filed a lost pkg claim with Fedex, who still hasn't answered them. Even though they said it would be 14 days at the most. I sent screen shots of my Ring footage. Eheat still hasen't sent me a replacement, but they DID take my money. They claim they have to wait and see what Fedex's findings are. Worst customer service ever. They should have sent me a heater. I offered to have them deliver another one signature required, nope, they have to wait for Fedex. If they make this right, I will update.

I live in Colorado, I had this heater installed in my 8 x 10 tough-shed. I did insulate the walls and added sheet rock. I have it set on lowest heat. This works great. I have it for my two Rottweilers. They love to be outside . So when it snows or gets really cold they can be warm .

Products are great. I had an issue with them not allowing the return of an item I did not need after 30 days. I was not able to get the products installed immediately upon arrival. I complained about the policy and they allowed me to return the unused item.

It’s an fairly efficient heater. But it DRASTICALLY discolors your wall above it. If you have a light colored wall it will turn brown. I have two of these heaters and I’m going to replace them with baseboard heaters and then repaint my walls.

And everything seems to be like everywhere else. But I still have an unusually positive impression. Thank you very much for everything.

I rarely get to compliment something, but this is definitely the case.
The assortment is varied.
The prices are quite affordable.
Delivery on time.

This is not only a functional thing, but also nice in design, it looks cool in my interior - I am fully satisfied.

We love our Envi heaters!

This has to be the best electric wall heater on the market for small spaces. It gives out enough heat with no worries as far as children and pets go. We have three of the heaters that we use daily in the wintertime and I would not even consider using a different kind or brand. Our ordering and service on the heaters over the years has been very good as well. I would highly recommend this Brand to anyone looking for home space heaters.

This unit is excellent. We installed same in our master bath; there was not enough heat from the furnace. ENVI did the "trick". We recommend this unit.

This heater arrived as promised and was a snap to install. It is exactly what we needed for a small ski cabin and we're very pleased with this unit.

This company has everything figured out from start to finish. Excellent company and excellent product

we bought the e-heat for our son and his family. their house has an unheated mud room through which everyone enters the house. there is currently no inner door from the mud room to the hall way and when you walk by the mud room you can feel it getting colder as you get closer. we installed the e- heater on an outer wall and they leave it on throughout the day and shut it off at night and it heats the mud room extremely well so that you no longer feel the cold when you walk by in the hall way. they are very pleased with the heater and we all would highly recommend it. It's slim design also looks good on the wall. if able they might install the direct wire e-heaters in each of the bedrooms replacing old electric baseboard heaters. a fantastic product.

The wall above the heater started heating so much that there were fumes like fog. Had to turn it off immediately! Not to mention that the heater was installed properly by an electrician. This is dangerous!
The room was still cold.

I ordered an Envi Heater two weeks ago as I thought it would be perfect to help warm up my living room. Both the website and the email I received from them stated that it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. When I check on my order status, it still says "awaiting fulfillment" and I still haven't received my order. Hopefully it will be shipped soon or I will be canceling my order and getting a refund.

I do not turn my heater on very much because I am concerned about the wall above the heater gets really hot. Will it cause a fire?
