I made several calls and sent several emails to purchase replacement stars for my Fir trees with no response. After several MORE attempts I finally got a response. It took several more emails to get the correct stars and then to get them ordered. I requested 5 which was suppose to come in 1 order. The order arrived with only 3 stars. Sent yet another email to get my 2 remaining stars and 1 arrived. Again sent another email and now my last one is suppose to finally arrrive this week. Poor customer service and unhappy with the warehouse winding fill the order correctly.

We purchased two of their birch tree sets in November of 2023. Two of them quit working just as the warranty period expired. When I contacted them, they responded quickly with a solution that worked for both of us.

It's a process and worth trying.

The trees were easy to put together, and look very nice. The problem is that they are so light they blow over in the slightest breeze. They'd be great for indoors, or a sheltered outdoor space, but as a holiday display in my front yard they don't work well.

I had a problem with one of the six trees that we ordered from them and they solved my problem and sent the necessary part to fix it. They truly stand by their products. Frank was quick to respond and quick to get my part shipped to me. I will certainly order any of their products again!!! Great customer service!!!

Super easy to put together and bend branches to your liking. They are beautiful and I’m considering using them as my Christmas tree trio.

An exceptional product! The lighted tree was so well made! All I had to do was take it from the box and plug it in. There was no need to arrange the branches. It was ready to go. When lighted it's absolutely beautiful.

Although the replacement/extra part list (solar panels and power sources) is tough to navigate, after locating them, placing the order and getting the product was a breeze.

Her timely, effective and polite communication skills in helping me sort out my issue was incredible. She’s certainly an asset to any company that is fortunate to have her. We had a Lightshare cherry blossom tree for a number of years, at least five or six. We left it behind when we moved so we replaced it with the same tree. However, the dimmer attachment we had didn't fit the new tree. I ordered a new dimmer adapter from E Home and I am happy to say it fits the new tree and works well. I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment of our new tree.
