I had no choice but to enter my email address to purchase Chaves Knives titanium wallet on EKnives, and I was automatically registered. They responded promptly to my email inquiries until I completed purchase, but they stopped replying after I finished payment. In any case, the product arrived, and since I had no intention of signing up in first place and have finished my business, I requested that they delete my account and personal information. But they still don't reply and continue to send me promotional emails

They ignore customers after product sale

Additionally, they only replied after I filed a complaint with the privacy authorities. They told me they had already deleted my account, but I can still log in. In other words, they are lying

Ich bin wirklich rundum begeistert von Florian Pflug und EK Knives. Mein Paket kam super sicher und sorgfältig verpackt aus Deutschland bis nach Schweden an, und der gesamte Bestellprozess hat sich von Anfang bis Ende sehr freundlich, professionell und absolut zuverlässig angefühlt.

Ich kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen hier ehrlich gesagt überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Meine Erfahrung war durchweg positiv. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie reibungslos alles ablief: Ich habe an einem Sonntag bestellt, und schon am Montagmorgen wurde das Paket direkt aufgegeben und bei DHL eingeliefert. Das ist wirklich top Service.

Außerdem kam die Lieferung viel schneller als erwartet. Das Paket ist bereits am 16. März angekommen, obwohl als voraussichtliches Lieferdatum eigentlich erst der 23. März angegeben war. So eine schnelle Bearbeitung und Lieferung ins Ausland ist alles andere als selbstverständlich.

Besonders erfreulich fand ich auch, dass das Produkt von Tim Welch, das Blasrohr, über EK Knives problemlos nach Schweden versendet werden konnte, obwohl das offenbar nicht überall ins Ausland möglich ist. Auch das zeigt für mich, dass hier kundenorientiert gearbeitet wird.

Ich vergebe sehr gerne fünf Sterne und werde definitiv weiterhin bei EK Knives bestellen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Service!

I love eknives. Bought a couple Microtech from them and every time they write a note on my packaging slip thanking me. Even though this is a minute detail, stuff like this makes everything more human so I know it’s not a robot packing my order. They also include little things such as bandaids (in case you cut yourself with your new sharp knife) and a fun set of matches that says “have a knife day”. No other company I know does this which is why I love eknives. Great family, great people, great products, great service.

The knife I received from eknives.com was poorly constructed. Not sure if it was the company Or not. But either way they were supposed to inspect them prior to delivery. Speaking of delivery, & communication as a matter of fact. Both were Extremely slow.
I’m normally a pretty positive guy & do my best to see the good in others/businesses. But this was just a horrible experience all together!! Take my advice Or not but I would move on to a different company with better pricing, customer service, delivery, & communication.
