Excellent service from Ryan and his team
Ryan and his team were very professional from the start. They planned and executed the work expertly, on time and on budget. The inevitable obstacles were overcome in a thoughtful and cost-effective way, including the repair of a cut telephone line without quibble. I was kept closely informed and consulted at every stage. I would highly recommend Ekoflow - they offer simply excellent service.

Our Septic Tank emptying was carried out very efficiently with the smaller tanker by the very polite and engaging operative who checked that the system was functioning correctly by checking the interceptor chamber as well and confirmed that all was working properly.

The engineer attending to repair was impressively knowledgeable but more importantly genuinely determined to diagnose and rectify the fault. He made a point to telephone a few hours after completing his work to check all was working. Impressive service.

Challenging job and done on time despite various unexpected discoveries at my house which has poor access. Any deviation from complaint plans was fully understood and made sure a compliant solution was put in place and fully recorded for building controls. Hassle free paperwork service also.
