Absolutely fantastic. Tey seriosuly cannot do enough for their customers. It really makes you feel like a big family.

P.S I had to put a date of experience but I regularly use EK I think from 2021 I placed my first order ar the beginning of my journey in the personalising business.

Faulty items and non existent customer service
Ordered two chug jug bottles. Both leaking from where the kid joins, advised none of the lids sit flush, it's just how it is
One nozzle leaks when closed and the other also leaks from the bottom. Attempts to rectify have been ignored - online chat asked me to WhatsApp, then to email and my email was ignored
