I ordered two items with first class delivery as I was a bit worried about dates and they arrived two days later. Lovely items, beautifully packaged and using eco materials.

What fantastic service from eleandme.com. My order, a small cheetah handbag for my animal mad almost three year old granddaughter, arrived promptly. It was beautifully wrapped in bright yellow tissue closed with a lion sticker. I put a few 2p coins in it which she used to activate the animatronic in Tring Natural History Museum.
What a pleasure to deal with a small business which so evidently cares about its customers.

I made a purchase on line and everything came so well packaged.
Each item was individually wrapped and the clothing gift was wrapped in yellow tissue paper & has a little Ele & Me sticker on so it’s all ready for presentation .
Annie has enclosed a personal thank you message & kept me informed, with thanks, about expected dates of delivery- which have been very quick.
Such lovely touches from a small business who hopefully get a chance to thrive, & so deserve it. Happy to recommend them.

I haven’t visited the shop in person, but I found exactly what I was looking for on their website and placed an order. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish! Communication was excellent, delivery via Royal Mail was quick, and everything arrived beautifully packaged. I genuinely couldn’t fault the shop and will definitely be ordering again. great experience all around! Annie saved the day. I had to cancel order from Amazon/Tonies UK due as the items have not been dispatched and will have arrived after Christmas! In utter panic I have managed to order all of the items I needed. They were able to trouble shoot an issue via web chat that actually works! Best of all, the items arrived the very next day!
