Delivered a completely different phone case to the one that I ordered and then refused to respond to my requests for refunds/returns. Avoid this company at all costs.

Got the galaxy s20 5g all in one repair kit. i dont even know where to start... First off the repair screen dosent match the galaxy s20 5g. it will still work but it is not the factory replacement. Secondly, the repair kit.. everything about it SUCKS, the pry tools break with the smallest amount of force which is REQUIRED to get the screen apart from the board. Next the suction cups they give you to help pry apart the phone. suck. they dont stick to the phone whatsoever. Honestly this whole review would go to a 4star if they would actually send you a repair kit thats able to repair the phone. They send a hex bit flat head and phillips made out of the cheapest metal on the market, funniest part is this has to be a general kit they send to everyone because the s20 5g ONLY has phillips so whats the point in sending hex bit and flathead when not a single screw pertains to either of those bits. . to the point where before i even got 10 screws out of the board the screw driver was stripped and i was forced to go use an eye glass repair kit screwdriver. For the price you pay the least they could do is include a decent repair kit. Just get the screen replacement from another supplyer and get yourself an ifixit electronics repair kit. This was by far the worst phone repair experience i have ever had. Lastly the shipping. absolutely terrible. not even going to start with the customer service experience as i hope anyone reading this finds a different supplyer to help fix their phone and dont need to contact support. ever..
Edit- I have spent 3 days contacting customer support. they have purposly dodged my emiails and multiple inquires to avoid their responsibility as a seller. again i repeat if you read this, DO NOT order anything from this scamming company. they will send you a defective or wrong product then never answer their customer service phone numbers or emails. their chatgpt response is baffling.
