Easy purchase, fast delivery

Electricbyke did a great job of getting the bike to me. I placed the order on Sunday evening and the bike was delivered on the following Friday. Great service!

I ordered a boat from electricbyke and…

I ordered a bike from electricbyke and the next day, they emailed me that they were out of them. I was really disappointed and texted them and let them know so and the owner of the company searched around the country and found another one and sold it to me for the same price. I didn’t know that there was people that still did business in this find an old fashion way I would buy another bike from them in a New York minute and just might cause my wife loves it and she wants one too. These are really good people and a breath of fresh air. Jimmy Broun.

Awesome company

Awesome company . Great customer service. And quality made bikes . I’ll be making another purchase as soon as the bike becomes available again . It’s out of stock or I would have 3 of these now

I set up my new ebike wrong and asked fir help. They contacted the bike manufacturer and sent me instructions for assembly. The first suggestion fixed my issue. Great customer service

Chain was all screwed up had to take to…

Chain was all screwed up had to take to bike shop to have them fix it. Direction did not explain how to put whole bike togther had to pay then to finish it. Being bike season 12 days to do it. Still have not gotten to ride it.

I'm very unhappy with this bike

I'm very unhappy with this bike-It's been in my local bike repair shop almost since it arrived.

I charged the bike and took it for a test drive -almost immediately the bike make a binding noise usder my feet, This noise got worse the longer I rode the bike-I stopped riding it and after several day I spoke with the technical support department of Electric Byke -they advised me that the chain may need lubed-did this and no joy. Finally, I was advised by a mechanical friend to put some air n the tires-this helped some-the noise persisted and finally in frustration I took the bike to my local bike repair shop. Long and short of it is the rear chain was set too tight and this did serious damage to the free wheel (free hub maybe local jargon). End result is this issue is all related to very poor setup by the distributor My bike shop is replacing the whole hub because they are unable to find replacement parts.

Additionally, I'm a very old person and I was reluctant to buy and electric two wheel bike as I found them difficult to mount because of the high step to actually step through -then I saw this tricycle. I said right away that's the bike for me. I've found , however, in the short time that I've been able to ride the bike that it's not as stable as I had hoped-seems like the rear tires can come off the ground quite easily- on one side or the other. I realize this is an issue that has to be safeguarded with respect to speed and terrain-this is just a word of caution to new users-it's not the trike that you started on when you were 3 or 4.

As mentioned in your earlier review on this same issue, we have advised EWheels of their misdiagnosis of the problem. As the bike is under warranty we suggest you report your issue to service@ewheelsdealers.com.
