After following up on my refund for 6 months, which Electric repeatedly said was coming, they told me to fight that I should instead fight with my credit card. I do not understand how you can have a return policy stating you will refund people for returns within 14 days - but then continue to say you are "too busy" to process the refund for over 6 months.
I emailed Electric 18 times trying to resolve this and get the refund I was properly owed after returning merchandise according to all return policies.
After reaching out yet again, Electric had the audacity to say "There is a chargeback dispute that Citibank sided with you. There is nothing else we can do for this order."
I cannot believe their solution to customer's returns is telling people they received the merchandise but are too busy - and contact your credit card company instead.
Bottom line: Their customer service does not exist. They make it your problem and lie to you over and over.
What a SCAM. As a customer for over 10 years, I will never purchase or let anyone I know purchase Electric again.
