Electric Games Avis 

Just received my PS5 Pro which I ordered through Electric Games. Initially, I wasn't certain about buying something so expensive off a smaller site but now that I've received it, I'm very happy with the price, customer service and delivery time. Shout out to Paul from Electric Games who helped coordinate so that the console could be delivered when I'm home, as it required someone to pick it up. I'd recommend Electric Games and I will be using it in the future.

I preordered another switch game from Amazon around the same time as from here, and my order of tomodachi life has come much faster.

I don't get alot from this company and was first time using them but my items and delivery was good. Decent delivery time and communication through emails about delivery was good and item was well packaged and price for what I got was good too.

They delivered my copy of Donkey Kong Bananza in great condition and very promptly. I would more than happily buy a product from this website again in the future.

Good price for DK Banana for the switch 2. Pre-order arrived on time and had tracking.
Never used or heard of Electric Games before but I will define using again in the future.

Although I have had no dealings with Electric Games before I can firmly say that they appear totally trustworthy and an honest company. I just received 'Donkey Kong Bananza' and all seems great. Will definitely be looking to them for future releases. So if you are in doubt about EG, No need to worry at all. They seem perfectly legit.

Was skeptical given the prices of all the other switch 2s right now, chanced it though as the reviews were practically all good from this website, It arrived the very next day so, idk, Console was brand new, did a dock update, played some Zelda, No issues or complaints, I should have bought it a few days sooner

I won’t lie, I was a little apprehensive making such a large purchase through a website I hadn’t heard of but I didn’t need to be. I pre-ordered a Switch 2 and it arrived exactly as and when they said it would. Excellent communication when it had been dispatched, delivery tracking etc. would definitely use again.

I admit, I was very nervous as was anyone during the Switch 2 pre ordering phase, lots of places went out of stock due to scalpers, and when I came across Electric I was weary, I hesitantly ordered it, a few days later asked if I would receive it on the day of release or really soon after, got an immediate response within 10 hours.

Great communication, I also decided to cancel it and get the Mario kart world bundle instead, and again, instant refund and managed to get the bundle the same hour. 10/10
I admit the price is a little higher than other retailers like Argos, but that’s easily swept under the rug with great support and plenty of stock.
