These guys were amazing! Very kind engineer picked up the tv on Wednesday, I then had a txt to say parts had been ordered. Gave them a ring on Friday and the gentleman told me part had not yet arrived ( Knew it might be a push) .He told provably Monday,which to be honest seemed quick . I'd also just purchased a ps5 and had no tv to appreciate the upgrade. About an hour layer the man returned my call,said the part was there ,tv was fixed and on the van to be returned to me today. I was absolutely gobsmacked!! Couldn't thank the gentleman enough . Sure enough engineer rang to say he's on his way and ill be gaming tonight. Haha. Can't thank you guys enough for the attention and speed of the repair.
The reason we buy Samsung washing machines is, in large part, because of the excellent, reliable repair service offered by this company. We were kept up to date on exactly when the engineer would come.
On the day, Ashley phoned us to give us his ETA and turned up when promised. He was courteous, knowledgeable, meticulous in taking care of our property, and all-round lovely and fixed the machine then and there, rather than offering the old: "Oh I'll have to order a part - it'll take a fortnight", that you get from some other companies. He left the machine purring rather than grating. It was like the good old days of proper professional tradespeople, that seems to be a rarity now.

Had issues with a Samsung tumble dryer, A engineer called Shakir Arrived.He changed the part in no time at all. Very happy with the service and the Engineer. Definitely Recommend.
