I purchased a DVD player on their website. When I went to their store to pick it up they said they didn't have it and sold me a much more expensive unit. A few days later I received an email from them stating my online order was ready for pickup.

The sales person was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. I purchased a CyberPowerPC and I asked the salesman if they had them new in box as it was on sale. He verified that not only did he have one in the store but had several in the warehouse. The checkout was quick and painless.

Great company, great product at reasonable price compared to others.
Customer service was great. I would have given 5 stars, except I was not notified when my item shipped and had to ask. I did get an immediate response. 4.5 stars, but there's no option.
