I had to reschedule due to wait time & getting kicked out of the waiting room then at my appointment time they couldn't connect & I got kicked out of the waiting room again & had to try to get some to respond

This is the 3rd time that I have renewed my medical card with Elevate. Always pleased to be approved. My only complaint was I waited for about 25 minutes before the consult started.
