I apparently paid i fee for you to send my app and stuff for me to the state but I got an email and thought I had to, so i paid you for it for nothing. I also paid for you to print my card printed from you that i paid for, so hopefully I’ll get that

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback—we completely understand how this could feel confusing, and we’re happy to clarify what’s happening.
Our Full Service option allows our team to fill out your state application on your behalf, but in this case we weren’t able to complete that step because the state portal password provided wasn’t working and the selfie on file didn’t meet the state’s upload requirements. We reached out a few times to request the updated information, but didn’t receive a response, so the application couldn’t be submitted yet.
Regarding the physical card add-on: as soon as the state approves your application and you receive your approval PDF, just send that to us and we’ll have your card printed and mailed right away.
We appreciate your business and hope this clears up any confusion.

It was hard at first, but once you get going with their help it was great. They will help you in any way they can just ask for help.When ever you’re done it’s all worth it!

Very easy process
Very easy process. They even followed up to make sure the necessary emails were received and completed. It is well worth the extra fee to have them file your paperwork with the state.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how confusing the Texas medical cannabis process can be, especially since Texas does not issue physical medical marijuana cards.
In Texas, approved patients are entered directly into the state’s Compassionate Use Registry of Texas (CURT) by their provider. This registry serves as your authorization, and dispensaries verify eligibility through that system rather than a card.
Your appointment fee covered the medical evaluation and provider recommendation, which was completed as described on our website and in your confirmation emails.
If you have any questions about how to confirm your listing in CURT or how to proceed with a dispensary purchase, our support team is always happy to help.
