They don't respond to any problem you have with their properties.
Shocking communication and not bothered about our problems with their property that we only stayed at for 3 hours.
In financial hardship now and need to pay bills when we had to go to a different property at 8pm in London on a Friday night.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Communication was on point, everything was handled with care and kindness. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Melissa the owner is rude, standoffish, overstretches authority and power. The room was okay, nothing special. Completely overpriced and called the housemaids all sorts of names.

Our experience at this property was not positive. When we arrived, the apartment was very dirty. All of the pots, dishes and utensils had dried food on them. We had to wash everything, including cooking utensils and dirty glasses. The drawers in the kitchen had pieces of old food in them as well as bits of loose cereal everywhere. Half of the toaster oven was broken as well as the television. The kitchen table was smeared with grease and bits of dried food. There were food crumbs on some of the kitchen chairs and the couch.
Additionally, the neighbor downstairs smokes regularly at night and all the fumes from her cigarettes entered the apartment through the open windows. We opened the windows as there isn’t A/C and it was quite warm inside the apartment.
We noticed that there was a wrack for hanging clothing in one of the bedrooms in the photos of the apartment, however, it was removed, so we all hung our jackets and clean laundry in the second bedroom. We hung part of the laundry on the chair outside.
The carpet was not vacuumed. We opened the door to the hallway closet in pursuit of a vacuum, and the cleaning equipment inside emitted a terrible odor of mold. Items in the closet were wet.
The photos in the advertisement show beautiful views of trees. But the view we saw from the bedroom was of the soiled mattresses sprawled out on the lawn.
We appreciate the kindness of the woman we spoke to upon arrival; we contacted her as we couldn’t find the apartment at first. She was extremely helpful.
We will not return to this apartment in the future.

The apartment was beautiful, tidy, and truly comfortable. We and our friends had a wonderful few days in London. Whether it was the private parking, the communication with Elevate Living Estates Ltd, or the location, everything was perfect. We were allowed to stay with our four Cocker Spaniels in the accommodation and felt well looked after. No matter what questions I had, Living Estates was friendly and helpful via messenger.
I can highly recommend the accommodation! The location is a bit out of central town and beautifully situated next to a park within walking distance. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the train station, and you're in the city in 20 minutes! Truly great! Thank you for these lovely few days.
