This is the third crossbody bag I have bought they are all beautiful I absolutely love them and also the selection of straps I now also have. Would definitely recommend this company.

awful awful
i have placed 2 orders.. one was fine because i kept all items. the other i wanted to return half the order. i emailed they got back very quickly with a pre paid royal mail stamp. so far so good. they received the return on 3/7.. i have emailed a few times and have had no confirmation of return or refund. on the website it states that in most cases they’ll refund on day of receipt! what a joke. there is no phone number.. items returned were unused as i didn’t like the colour. i have now had to threaten them with my credit card company. utterly ridiculous and ruined what was otherwise a good experience. i hope this review kicks their backside into gear

Excellent customer service! They really went above and beyond to make sure I got my bag the very next day. Within an hour of speaking to them and placing my order they shipped my bag. I love it, thank you.

Poor quality, no help over 6 months old from company
The bag I bought for a Christmas present for my daughter has broken the strap has snapped.
We have been told that as it’s over 6 months old they will not repair or replace !!!!
Don’t buy unless you want a throw away bag !

As we are unable to locate any order on our systems under your name and also cannot locate any correspondence we would be happy to discuss the issue with you further, particularly as we offer a 2 year warranty and do not ever suggest a 6 month limit as you have indicated. (Perhaps you purchased the product and corresponded with another company?)
