tells you to wait for tracking then sends an email to say item was priced wrong and you will be refunded 10 days later and does not refund

Similar to what everyone else is saying, I ordered 2 bean bag chairs and after almost 6 weeks received a cheap pair of fuzzy earmuffs. After emailing 3 different 'companies' associated with my order I received a response suggesting this was caused by an error by the supplier due to an influx of orders and that they would rectify it in one of 2 ways 1. I could ship the received item back at a cost to myself, supply them with the tracking information and then once the supplier finally receives the item they will send out what I ordered OR 2. I can keep the $2 item that I received and they would refund me 45% of my purchase.......I'm sorry but neither are suffice.

I replied back that I would not be sending the item back at any additional cost to me for their error and that I expect the supplier to ship the items I paid for and provide me with tracking information ASAP otherwise I would be reporting the transaction to my bank as a fraudulent transaction.

ordered 2 bean bags on 26th December 2022. Today I recieved 1 pair of earmuffs.

I never received the bean bag I ordered from this site and cannot contact them as no contact details

I never got the bean bag, advertised on Facebook by this BS company!!! And can’t reach anyone to get a refund!! Don’t buy anything from this company!!!

I'd like to give them ZERO STARS, ordered a week before Christmas, no confirmation email, no delivery, I can't even find any way to reach them. Reporting this as fraud to my bank.

I bought that bean bag and it never came. I will see if my bank can help me with this scam😡😡😡

I bought from here 2 weeks ago .sent questions about the status of my item ..basically ive emailed this company 9 times with no response .I spent 40 pounds and have to say..do NOT use this site ..its a scam and you won't get your items
