Know how and great client service...
Elite Chambers have been handling a recent claim I made to the FSCS in relation to a past investment which was mis-represented. It seemed a bit of a minefield, but Beth Drake personally guided me over the obstacles and took all the stress out of the process. Great client service and very personable too. Highly recommended.

Full compensation achieved
Was referred to Elite for an Ober claim. The process did seem unnecessarily drawn out (hence the loss of one star), which may simply be my impatience.
Ultimately a 100% successful outcome, Beth was the case handler, much appreciated.
For other claimants I would say attend to everything as requested, when requested. Some of my angst was around 'I'm sure I've already sent those details'. One weekend I sat down and pulled everything together (it took me 16 hours). Having made this effort I my claim was successful within 2 weeks.
