Elite Ultrasound Avis 

Our scan was lovely the only down side we had was that being a same sex couple and both females, both the receptionist and sonographer made an assumption by directly looking and me and talking to me as if I was the one carrying the baby and when in fact this was my wife. My wife went in to reception and have her details as I went to the toilet and at the time the receptionist said to her ‘oh she needs to have a full bladder for the scan’ assuming it was me carrying and not my wife. This disheartened us to begin with and then when we were called in by the sonographer she came out and looked directly at me, called me by my wife’s name and asked me to come in. I looked and my wife and said let’s go in and at that point there was still no apology for this.

The scan itself was good and professional otherwise but because of our experience we wouldn’t be back.

the woman who greated me at the front door was nothing but lovely and the woman who done my scan was absolutely amazing!!

I had a very positive experience here my sonographer was so lovely to us and really patient and kind. We will definitely be back.

Have been twice now and each time it has been a wonderful experience. So nice getting to see our baby and in a lovely atmosphere, the ultrasound technician is so kind and takes a lot of time too. Would highly recommend! Will be back soon :-)

We visited Elite Ultrasound in East Kilbride for an early pregnancy scan, gender scan and 4D scan and I can't recommend them enough. Catriona the sonographer is lovely, very knowledgeable and professional. The receptionist is so friendly and made us feel at ease. If you are looking for any extra scans outwith your NHS appointments then this is the place to go.

Fabulous service, sonographer took her time and was very informative putting us at ease. The wee lady at the reception was simply lovely. Thank you for a great experience, would recommend and use again.

I can’t recommend this place enough!! Amazing patient staff. Had a few issues with my baby girl not sitting right for my 4D scans but we finally got there in the end due to the patience of the ultrasound tech and I got lovely photos and video footage. I had scans from around 8 weeks to 32 and I would highly recommend any pregnant woman to choose Elite Ultrasound!!

Amazing place that makes you so comfortable every time and always do their best to make sure you’re happy with your scan!

Would recommend, we didn’t get to see baby’s face the first 4d scan and we were offered another try which was lovely.

I have been twice for an 8 week scan and 12 week scan. Both times all staff were lovely and very knowledgeable they helped soothe all those pre first NHS scan worries.

I’ve been here a few times and each time the staff have been friendly and helpful. The service is very quick. On one occasion we unfortunately had bad news the sonographer was incredibly sensitive but factual and we were given really helpful advice about next steps.
I’d really recommend elite especially for the early scan service as this helped give me comfort about how my pregnancy was going before my NHS scan.
