Misleading Shipping Policy and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order with Elite Wrestling under the clear promise of “FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE” displayed on their website without any conditions. After being charged for shipping, I contacted their support team and even provided screenshots of the policy.
Their response?
“Our standard policy does offer free shipping worldwide for orders over $100. However, after checking your order, the total amount was $58.64, which is below the $100 threshold. That’s why a shipping fee was applied.”
This condition was never stated on the site at the time of purchase. What should have been a quick fix turned into nearly a week of delays and vague responses. Instead of resolving the issue, they stalled and escalated internally—yet still no refund.
To make matters worse, they later changed the wording on their site and acted like the original promise never existed. Fortunately, I have screencaps proving it.
This experience shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. If you value honesty and timely service, think twice before ordering.
