Poor customer service.

Safari Breeze was bought for me as a Valentine’s Day gift after extensive research influenced by TikTok reviews and the company’s own promotional content. Sadly, the fragrance did not meet expectations — the dry-down on my skin was unpleasant and not wearable.
Despite explaining that the perfume was only lightly tested and remains in like-new condition, I was offered no exchange or store credit and then received no response to my follow-up email.
I appreciate that fragrance is subjective, but when products are sold primarily through online marketing without sampling options, this feels unreasonable. The lack of follow-up from customer service was particularly disappointing.

Scammers.

Didnt ship my order, paid and ordered in 13 of march and still havent gotten a single reply nor my order. Tried contacting on every possible platform and all i got back was silence. Ive got all the proof that elite aromaz is fraudsters and scammers

This seller is the worst experience I’ve had on TikTok Shop. My order was dumped in the driveway — never actually delivered — and when I reached out, they refused to refund or replace it. Zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero respect for buyers. Honestly, save yourself the headache and avoid this seller completely. They clearly don’t care once they have your money

Repeat customer, back again!

Had another fantastic experience buying from Elite Aromaz. Got a product I'd been excited for since it was announced, and the owner of the company also included another scent I'd shown an interest in. Shipped promptly and arrived in good time. Looking forward to my next one!

Scammer

placed an order for the Vulcan Feu back in April and still haven’t received it. Customer service has been completely unresponsive.I’ve sent multiple emails and reached out on social media with no reply. Save your money and time,look elsewhere.

These scammers from elitearomaz.com, after I wrote them 10 emails and wrote them a lot of messages on blow, sent me only 2 of the 3 perfumes I ordered. They stole my money for the third perfume. I wrote to them and there is no answer. And I ask whoever reads this not to trust this scammer from the Aromatix YouTube channel. This scammer deletes my comments on his channel and I ask him here too, how can you advertise scammers who steal people's money. Please people, don't take anything from these scammers. Tomorrow I will explain everything to the police and I will not let them steal from people. I want to warn everyone about this scammer from the Aromatix you tube channel, his name is Neeb. This scammer advertises on a site from England called elitearomaz.com. I ordered after his advertisement on this site and these scammers from the site after a week of waiting sent me only two of the three perfumes I had ordered. Like before they sent them to me, I wrote emails, messages and no one answers. Now that I only received two perfumes, I wrote to them to refund my money for the third, but again there is no answer. And this scammer Nieb from the aromatix channel a few days ago uploaded a video with the owner of the fraudulent site and is advertising him again. I wrote to him several times and to Nieb, but he directly deletes my comments and blocks me from being able to write. They are probably together in this fraudulent scheme and are stealing people's money. I beg you people, no one should take anything from this site elitearomaz.com because they will steal your money. If there is anyone who does not believe, please write in Google what reviews have been left by other injured people. I did not believe that a respected YouTuber like the one from the Aromatix channel would turn out to be a fraudster and defend some criminals who steal people's money. Today I spoke with my lawyer and we will file a complaint with the police and other institutions to stop these fraudsters.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed with your company, which I have yet to receive. Despite several attempts to contact you, I have not received any clear response or resolution.

I hereby formally request that you either immediately ship the pending order or refund the full amount paid.

If I do not receive a response and a solution within 72 hours, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and consumer protection agencies.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Poor service. Nonexistent customer support.

Ordered two fragrances which were supposedly in stock, got the dispatch email but the item was never handed/collected by Royal Mail. No updates for several days. They do not answer customer queries despite trying their email/instagram/whatsapp. Nonexistent customer service. If they don’t respond soon will have to file a chargeback via my bank. AVOID!!

Terrible experience – no communication, no delivery, no accountability

I placed an order for a bottle of perfume from Elite Aromaz nearly three weeks ago. The website stated 2–3 day shipping, yet I still haven’t received my order.

Despite sending four emails, two WhatsApp messages, and messages on Instagram and TikTok, I’ve had zero response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

What’s worse is that I’ve since had to report the transaction to my bank as fraudulent — not because of the cost, but because of the complete absence of transparency and support.

From what I’ve seen, I’m far from the only one. It appears the company accepted far more orders than they could fulfil — likely knowing they didn’t have the stock. Had they simply communicated delays or stock issues, I’d have understood. Instead, they’ve left customers in the dark.

It's baffling how a brand would jeopardise their entire reputation over one product and one poor decision. This was my first order, and it will absolutely be my last.

Avoid.

Fake company! Beware

Don’t order from this company it’s obviously not trading but happy to take your money! Ordered an aftershave which has never arrived. Unable to contact by telephone what app or email, other recent review are probably fake!

Worst website to shop your perfumes from.
Placed order on 30th march i understand it was a preorder however it mentioned the delivery in 2-3 days. Worst kinda customer service they never reply. Absolute scammers.
