I think the cover design is eye-catching! The production team who designed the front and back covers did an excellent job. Their description of my book, Chain-Smoking Aliens really got my attention--and hopefully, people will want to buy the book because of it. The two editors did an excellent job too. They pointed out things that I didn't think about. All in all, they made the interior text a lot better with their suggestions. I thought I had more edits for what I paid for, not that it matters.
The interior design page layout looked good too, but I was irritated that I had to pay extra money to have the team change blank chapter pages on the left side of the page. I've never seen it like that in any book I've ever read. The production team did an excellent job with all of the many corrections and changes I requested on the grid pages. I was relieved to find no mistakes!
I was extremely confused every time I had to look at a video explanation of how to do something, and I noticed other people’s negative comments, as well. I found the pre-and-post Amazon/Kindle conversion questionnaires extremely confusing. It’s hard to answer questions about things you don’t understand. But Jenny helped walk me through the steps involved in setting up my ISNB number, etc. And Neena helped answer the questions for the rest of the Kindle/Amazon questionnaire. They were both very helpful every time I had a question and helped me better understand something.
I don’t understand why I had to pay for the proof and author copy of the book. I paid enough money, it seems to me both should be free. I’ve never had to pay for either of those copies with other books that I have self-published.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the way the book turned out! I want to thank everyone responsible for helping me get Chain-Smoking Aliens in print!

I was referred to Elite Authors by a fellow 'independently' published author. Jenny, Neena and the whole team were consummate professionals, responding to emails and questions within the same day (often the same hour!), communicating clearly what they needed from me and what I could expect of them, and returning all deliverables EARLY and in great condition. They literally made this process as close to seamless as could be given I'm .... not the best at some of the newest technology! They walked me through every step in the process, were friendly and definitely effective. My book -- both paperback and Kindle/E-book -- were published by Amazon with no hiccups or issues to resolve.

In short, I can't recommend Elite enough. I also plan to use them for the next book in the series! :-)

I was pleased with the quality of the reviews, except for one which was a bit generic. I appreciated that someone personally contacted me when I asked a question, but other than that, I would use Elite Authors again in the future.

The Kindle employees are well organized and all work is done in timely fashion.

However, the printing of the book is poor. It is a book about music and not all 5 lines of the music staff are visible. Please fix this.

She has patiently & professionally brought me, London novelist Rachel Neuburger and true-life novelist Randy "Doc" Sexton (his REACHABLE MOMENTS is an EA publication) to Elite Authors. Recently, Ms. Chandler arranged for Amazon reviews of my most recent novel. All five reviews were well written, fair and detailed ... always wonderful when a reviewer actually reads the book. (I especially enjoyed reviewer Meghan Allred boxing my ears while writing to my target audience. Merci beaucoup, Mademoiselle Meghan.) I look forward to my professional relationship, both with Ms. Chandler & with Elite Authors, ever growing.

In general, my experience with Elite Authors has been great, with honest and mostly good reviews provided based on my order. This occasion however, not all five reviews have posted on my novel’s page on Amazon. Only four reviews have posted (I had 114 reviews when I ordered the five reviews; and now there are only 118 reviews posted). If you could fulfill the terms of our agreement and post the last review I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
