Elite Autos Avis 

We bought a car from Elite Autos two weeks ago and I have waited until now to write a review just in case.
I can confirm that the car has been no trouble whatsoever. David Webb was an excellent Sales Person and was not pushy. He was very helpful and even told us we could have the car that day we viewed which was totally unexpected. I would have no trouble recommending them. Excellent service.

After driving 220 miles to collect the car I was Happy with the Skoda Octavia I bought from Dave,car was prepared to a high standard including being fully serviced including the timing belt and came with a 6 month warranty included,I would reccomend elite autos highly

This was a second time coming back and as before David was very helpful, efficient, trustworthy and friendly. He even collected me from the train station to save me some of the hassle of getting there. I wouldn’t imagine you’d get such customer service and the willingness to go the extra mile anywhere else especially these days.

Being my first car I was very worried about buying it but I have to say I’ve had my Corsa a couple of months now and I’m thrilled with it, I did have a small issue about a month ago with 1 of the electric windows but Dave and the warranty company were very quick to get it sorted,thanks once again for your fantastic service

UPDATE: re the reply from Elite Autos - this is just a total lie! I was offered £181 towards a replacement EGR valve if this corrected the fault. It did not. A further £2400 to replace 4 injectors is required to fix the fault so NOTHING has ever been paid to me from the warranty company.

Had a really awful experience with this dealership. Bought a Rav4 in May of this year for £3500 which is now a write off - so many issues with it and the extended warranty that I purchased with it isn't worth the paper its written on. If you want my advice get a mechanic to cast their eye over the warranty and the car before you feel you've bought with confidence. Chap at the garage is lovely until there is a problem then quotes the law at you and stops responding. No ethical or moral conscience. Worked hard for my money, now have no car and no cash! There are lots of great garages out there so why risk buying a total dud and been sent packing when still in your warranty period? Really poor, avoid avoid avoid!

Hunting for my daughter’s first car we came across Elite Autos. We bought a nice little Vauxhall Adam & she loves it! It came with a long MOT, recent service & warranty for peace of mind. Thanks Dave for taking good care of us.

First class customer service from Dave at Elite Autos. I recently purchased a BMW 118i from Elite and couldn't be happier. The whole buying experience from beginning to end was so easy from the initial phone call to driving the car away. Dave's communication is spot on and he made the whole car buying business completely painless. My previous experience of some car dealers has been less than satisfying but Dave is very polite, helpful and not at all pushy. The after sales are great too, couple of centre wheel caps were missing but Dave ordered some new ones and posted them onto me. Only had the car a week so no issues yet but I'm sure if anything arises over the next few months I feel confident Dave will help sort it out. Highly recommended and will definitely buy from here again in the future.

I usually hate buying a used car but Dave and the team at elite made buying my new (new to me) Astra a breeze from the initial call to enquire to the call I received from them 2 days after collecting to check how I was getting on with it,if there was more than 5 stars they would definitely be getting it,a perfect all round used car buying experience I would Definitely recommend!
